Mukkove! I was so so excited to see that you posted a new episode! You are truly a blessing. You remind me of one of my friends. She is strong, wise, and tells it straight but with grace and compassion. I really needed this episode. Earlier this week my 6 year old son was having a meltdown about going back to swim lessons....6 months from now... 🫠 This is so helpful. I feel better prepared now for the next time the anxiety rises up in him. I want to try the heart doodling with him too because he is very artistic and I think it would work well with him. You have a gift. I've been in therapy for almost 15 years now and have seen several different therapists, so therapy is not new to me. You have so much wisdom to share with others. May the Lord bless you and your family this Christmas and in the new year! I hope to see (hear) more episodes in 2026! Lora Sweeney
