Host Elizabeth Elfenbein engages with women aged 18 to 100+ in intimate conversations, uncovering their experiences and wisdom while highlighting their impact on creating a healthier, more inclusive world. These stories not only honor women’s resilience and leadership but also foster meaningful dialogue around mental health, empowerment, and innovative solutions that help close the gender health gap and inspire change.

Today we’re getting under the hood with Hanneke Willenborg a mother, sister, friend, women’s health and wellness advocate and the CEO of OLLY.
Hanneke was born and raised in The Netherlands and now lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and their three kids. Hanneke holds an MBA in Business, Management, Marketing and Related Support Services from University of Groningen in the Netherlands. She comes to OLLY from a long background of Unilever positions in many cities, countries and companies around the world, including Ben & Jerry’s and Seventh Generation. Hanneke joined OLLY as the first female CEO in the summer of 2021 and takes great pride in OLLY’s social mission of eliminating the stigma surrounding mental health.
