Today we’re getting under the hood with Amanda Antunes a daughter, sister, friend, women’s advocate and a Registered Nutritionist and Holistic Health Advocate—She is dedicated to helping individuals achieve holistic health and well-being through mindful, evidence-based nutrition. Born in London and raised in Brazil, Amanda now resides in Portugal, where she offers online consultations to clients worldwide. Her approach focuses on mindful eating, behavioral nutrition, and empowering clients to build a balanced, healthy sustainable relationship with food.
Amanda’s journey reflects a deep commitment to advancing women’s health and wellness through both scientific insight and compassionate care. Specializing in behaviour eating and plant-based nutrition, she supports clients in finding peace in their eating habits and in feeling truly at home in their bodies. She believes in the transformative power of nutrition, both on an individual and societal level. Supporter of the phrase ‘eating is a political act’, as every food choice can impact our health and wider environmental and social issues.
