Today we’re getting under the hood with Khanyi Tshabalala a daughter, sister, friend, women’s advocate and the founder of Seize the Light Foundation and Seize the Light Studio. The Foundation's mission is to democratize holistic wellbeing, making it inclusive and accessible to all individuals regardless of background or socioeconomic circumstance. Through education, resources, and community support, the Foundation strives to empower everyone to embark on a journey towards comprehensive wellness, fostering a world where mental, emotional, and physical vitality are within reach for every person.
By profession, Khanyi, is a dual qualified South African and Australian lawyer. She has extensive experience in banking and finance and practised law in South Africa, New South Wales and London. In tandem, she is a social entrepreneur, yogapreneur, mindfulness educator, career coach, and yoga teacher registered with the International Yoga Alliance (200 hours), specializing in breath work, meditation, and yoga.
