Today we’re getting under the hood with Lauren Tetenbaum, LCSW, JD, PMH-C a mother, daughter, sister, women’s advocate and social worker specializing in women’s reproductive mental health. 

A mom of two, Lauren: provides therapy in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Florida; facilitates groups and workshops to empower women; and contributes thought  leadership on topics like maternal wellness, perimenopause, gender equity, and working parenthood. A former lawyer, she feels privileged to counsel women through life transitions when they most need and deserve support. Lauren is also a writer whose work has appeared in numerous digital and print platforms; she is the author of the book Millennial Menopause: Preparing for Perimenopause, Menopause, and Life’s Next Period, for which she will be speaking at various events in the New York area, California, Texas, Colorado, and more throughout 2025-2026.
