With a PhD in Human & Statistical Genetics, Shelina combines her scientific acumen, data fluency, and strategic thinking across R&D, market access, business development, and health equity, transforming visionary ideas into impactful outcomes built from a decade of experience at Johnson and Johnson. Shelina leads with curiosity, clarity, and care—guiding cross-functional teams, cultivating partnerships, and designing systems that truly serve people. Her leadership is relational, intentional, and grounded in a deep commitment to equity and community.
