Under the Sisterhood
From World Stage to Inner Space: Dani Reardon’s Journey from Athlete to Healer.
Today we’re getting under the hood with Dani Reardon a daughter, sister, friend and a former professional athlete. She was 2nd in the world in the women's physique division and retired from the industry at 27 to explore another side of herself.
She followed her curiosity and dove deep into the world of spirituality, plant medicine, and self discovery. Now she finds herself helping others as a sound practitioner, yoga teacher, and ceremony facilitator. At the core of everything, you could say she is a space holder and conscious creator. She gratefully gets to study with her teachers in Arizona and Peru, and has the pleasure of bringing people to these places every year so they can study with various plant medicines and experience the beautiful way of living and practicing that truly changed the course of her life.
Dani is passionately involved in the huachuma foundation, a project with her friends and teachers where she gets to help build awareness around this sacred cactus as well as take part in preservation efforts through educational content, retreats, podcasts, prayers, and the cactus sanctuary in the sacred valley of Peru. When you think of her, think of her as a friend before anything else, as connection and building relationships is her favorite thing about being alive.
