She holds a BBA in finance and business management from Northwood University and an MBA from Regent University. She is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and ScrumMaster and the owner of Tanya J. Miller, LLC, where she is an accomplished author, motivational speaker, life coach and leadership strategist. 

 Tanya is the author of several books including ‘Mind Matters: Get Out of Your Head and Jump into Life?’, ‘Things My Mama Said’ and many others.
