Mozambique does not garner a lot of attention on the world stage. The former Portuguese colony is tucked into the southeast corner of the African continent and tends to fly under the radar. And yet, like far too many African states, it has been beset by a jihadi movement for decades, in this instance a "province" of ISIS known as Islamic State Mozambique (ISM). I talk to a regional specialist on where this threat is headed.
