The 1994 'McDonald's coffee' case was seen by many as a ridiculous lawsuit. There are definitely times where lawyers seem to be over-enthusiastic in suing bodies for all kinds of things. Two US cases of late seem to be of this ilk. What, if any, should courts do when it comes to looking at terrorism?
