Hi everyone. I'm jumping into your podcast feed off schedule and unscripted. Just to share a very exciting announcement. The podcast is going to be having its first book club. This is something I've been really excited about for quite a while. How the format is going to be is evolving. But I want to share the first book with you so that you can get it. The book is the book you wish your parents had read and your children will be glad that you did by Philipa Perry. It is a parenting book, so we are going to probably talk a little bit just about parenting books, but also about this book in particular, you can grab the book. I have a link to it on my website, emily gold yoga.com. I will also throw a link in the show notes here and on all my social media if you can find it at an independent book seller. Even better. Unfortunately, here in Brussels, we are largely reliant, on the online book sellers for our. English speaking books, but please, if you can get your hands on it, that would be great. Again, it's the book you wish your parents had read and your children will be glad that you did. So get your hands on it today. The book club episode will be sometime in May, so you should have about two months, a month and a half to read it. It is about, I have it in my hand, the actual book. Is about, just under 250 pages long, which sounds like a lot, but it is a relatively easy read. Maybe we'll split it in two. Like I said, it is still evolving, but check it out and I'm really excited to share my thoughts on it and hear from listeners as well. See you for a regular episode soon.
