Evidence Based Crunch
A Parenting Podcast shining a science and spiritual lens on all things parenting. As a mother of 2 I've often felt like there is no parenting space for me. I have a scientific background in Public Health and a crunchy background in Spiritual Mind Body Psychology and as a Doula and Yoga Therapist. I believe most parents are multidimensional, we want to make parenting decisions that are both scientific sound and that nourish our souls. This podcast will help you do that, with each episode exploring the scientific evidence and spiritual crunch of all things parenting, from doulas to sleep training, baby led weaning to daycare and beyond.
