Our guests share insights, ideas, opinions and stories that will resonate with our listeners and hopefully inspire some new ideas or make professional decisions easier. We invite education heroes from around the world and from many different roles including principals, head teachers, leaders, teachers and ed-tech leaders.

Paul Sibson

Paul Sibson brings a unique perspective to the education conversation as a former school leader who made the transition into the commercial world as a tech entrepreneur when he co-founded the educational platform, Hero in 2016.

With over 20 years of experience as a teacher, deputy head teacher and principal in the UK and New Zealand, Paul took the decision to leave the profession and start a company with the goal of helping schools to share their language of learning more consistently.

In each episode, Paul interviews a special guest about their own experiences and journey through the education system and delves deeper into what they have learned along the way.
