Hi, I am a host of The Imperfect Clinician podcast :)

Pharmacist with extensive experience in elderly care, triage, medicines optimisation, holistic patient care, involved in various leadership, management, auditing and clinical projects in community pharmacy and beyond. 

I love working with people and for people! Passionate about healthcare, pharmacy world and developing awareness to improve service to others - patients, teams and other clinicians. 

During my personal journey I found it difficult to be truly open about myself. I hope that You, not only as a professional, may find my story relatable and that could trigger interest in improving yourself.

I do like cooking. And mountain biking. And guitar. And always have a few other ideas to kill spare time I do not have ;)

Yuen is a host of The Imperfect Clinician.

She is known for being courageous and compassionate in creating and leading resilient and high performing team by creating psychological safety, sense of belonging and accountability within the team whilst working collaboratively within the Primary Care Networks (PCN) and Integrated Care Board (ICB).  Her team has been nominated for Best Pharmacy Practice in General Practice Award 2022.  Her DEI work cross sectors where she leads the BAME and Allies forum in Lincolnshire, working collaboratively with ICB Belonging Leads and People Board.  

If you catch her not doing any of the above, she will be either painting, playing piano or doing yoga at the break of dawn.
