- Tony is a retired pharmacist and had no distilling experience when they started
- In 2016, the owner said they were working on a vodka, but didn't have any interest in whiskey’s
- In 2021, they met Jeremy Quinn, who became master distiller and will be the successor of the business
- Today, it makes about 25,000 bottles a year
- Our Bottle: Daufuskie Low Country Bourbon
- Came out in 2019
- Claims high corn and very low rye content, and is 3 3-grain
