If you don't feel happy, if you don't feel successful and accomplished in life, it kind of feels like you're stuck and unproductive. And it doesn't normally occur to us that there is any sort of easy way to fix your feeling of feeling unaccomplished and unsuccessful, except the Chazan Ish tells us that there is indeed a very tried and true and easy way to feel successful and accomplished in life. And no, no, no, it is not some break your head on the Gemara or start a Chesed organization. Do something for the cloud that makes you feel accomplished. Well, yes, that does make you feel successful. It does not come so easily and will take hours, if not days, if not weeks, to get that accomplished properly. So we're looking for a much faster fix. But have no fear, the chazanish is here and he tells us how you can quickly feel happy and successful in life. Zokt the Chazanish. The Chazanish says Avroham Yishayot Karelitz, join a Chabura. That's the answer. Join a sebilage, a workshop, an assembly of people coming together to do something, a successful group. And if you join the group, you too get a ring, even if you're the backup long snapper for the football team, if they win the Super Bowl Because you're on the team. Yeah, when you join a habura on the winning team, you jump on the bandwagon. You get to ride that bandwagon to a siam daf yemi all the way down to disneyland. The best and quickest way to become successful is to join a group of successful people. Now you could just join and show up and be a part of it, very loosely, kind of from the outside looking in. But what you'll find is, even if you do that, you'll kind of take from the successful people and want to learn more, be more, don't want to stick out like a sore thumb. You'll want to join the Dafyomi. You'll want to join and become closer into this nucleus of Torah, join a Chabura.
Speaker 1:And I found this incredible piece right at the beginning of the third section of Mishnaburah. This is Gimel, the laws of Shabbos, I apologize. The holy Chafetz Chaim Rabbi, israel Mayor Kagan HaCohen says I pray to God, I hope to God and I bet Shemishi Yil and I bet Anyone who now learns this say for Halacha You'll know not just the laws of Shabbos but you'll know the background, you'll know why things happen. You'll know the sugyas Incredible work, mission Brewer in case you haven't studied it, the ro'u v'nachon, and it is fitting, it is proper and you'll know the suyyahs.
Speaker 1:An incredible work, the Mishnah Brewer, in case you haven't studied it, the ra'uy v'nachon, and it is fitting, it is proper, it is acceptable, it is satisfactory and it is encouraged To anyone who fears the harid lidvar Hashem, anyone who is fearful for the word of God. Make a gathering to study the laws of Shabbos so you do not stumble in them. Like it says in Vayakel, make workshops, conventions, congregations. Join a chabura of Torah doers, join a habura of successful people. Join an expo or workshop something that makes you a part of something that's successful and triumphant, and that will be the fastest way to shoot you to the top and start feeling happy and successful and maybe even feel like an overnight sensation.
