Beau is the CEO of Vincent Family Insurance, a Property and Causality insurance agency in Ohio. Beau has been featured in CEO Weekly as a top 10 entrepreneur to follow in 2023 and highlighted in New York Weekly for his leadership. Beyond his agency, he is a small business consultant, leadership coach, and team sales trainer, subcontracting for Craig Wiggins Coaching & Consulting. He has coached over 100 insurance agency owners and teams and created a comprehensive Leadership Academy. Outside of work, he is a dedicated family man and community volunteer coaching youth and singing at church.
