If You Bet on Yourself, You Can’t Lose: Crystal’s Journey to Dream Clients
===
Brandi: [00:00:00] This episode is so good that I just hope you stick around for it. And there's only one phrase that I think sums this episode up, and it's, if you bet on yourself, you can't lose. So I have a special guest, Crystal, on here, and she's telling her story. And it's inspirational. It's actionable. And each and every single one of you could probably see yourself in one spot of her story.
So let's jump on in to this week's episode of the Serve Scalesore podcast.
Hey, hey, hey, Serve Scale Soar. Oh my goodness. I am beyond excited today because my favorite episodes are with our students, our clients who are just doing the dang thing and making it happen. And Crystal is our special guest today. And she is one of those people that just does the dang thing. And I'm [00:01:00] super excited to have you, Crystal.
So tell my audience a little bit about who you are as a person and then about your business.
Crystal: Absolutely. Thank you so much for having me, Brandy. I'm so excited to chat with you today. So I'm Crystal. I live right outside of Atlanta, Georgia. I'm a boy mom. So I have a very rambunctious toddler. He's three and a half. He'll be four in December. And I've been in business for For three years now, I just celebrated three years in business in July.
So super exciting there. And I've been doing ads for over two years now. So yeah, that's a little bit about my business journey, but otherwise I love yoga. I'm like your matcha slash coffee girl. I just love being with my family, going to the lake on the weekends, all that fun stuff in the summertime.
So we've been enjoying some of that lately.
Brandi: And Crystal and I are not far from each other anymore. So we'll have do a coffee date soon, but she's, it's so funny. We're both, Alana is a funny place because we're both in North sub herbs of Alana, but we're still like [00:02:00] 45 minutes away. Cause you're the East. I'm on the West, different lakes. We're on Lake Alatuna, you're on Lake Lanier.
So it's so funny how big this area is. It's just, It's so crazy to me because usually like in suburbs, like you can still get to things pretty quickly, but we're so far apart still. So I am loving the Atlanta area. So have you, are you born and raised in Alena? Is this like home?
Crystal: Yep, this is home. I was born and raised down near Decatur, Clarkston. A little town no one's probably ever heard of, so I like to say Decatur because I feel like it's a little more well known.
But yeah
Brandi: Very cool. Okay. So you started, that's so funny. I started my virtual assistant business in July of 2018. So we're both July business starters, which is a fun month. So I started as doing all the things. How did you start your business? Cause you said you've had it for three years, two years of running ads.[00:03:00]
Crystal: yes Yeah, so I actually started as a virtual assistant as well. So yep, july of 2021 my son was about eight months old and I just Made up my mind like i'm gonna make working from home work for me I had tried it before I had done all the things I had sold Close on Poshmark and I had tried some MLMs in the past.
And so I always had that entrepreneurial spirit, but I could just never figure it out. And then after 2020 happened, I was like, okay, I know I can do this. Like everyone's working from home these days, so let's make it happen. And I just. Dug in headfirst and learned as much as I could about the online world and I ended up joining a virtual assistant training program.
Brady. I know you're familiar with the virtual savvy.
Shout out. Shout out to the virtual
savvy.
Brandi: That's where I started.
Crystal: Yeah, and it was literally life changing within a month. I had my 1st client. And then it just grew and grew and grew. I quickly realized doing all the things was not going to be sustainable for business [00:04:00] growth.
I had six or seven clients, but I was still like struggling, I wasn't even making enough to be handling all of that stuff. So I was looking into some different, different niches. I thought about becoming a website designer, exploring. things. And then actually like a Facebook ad. I love to tell this story because it just shows the power of Facebook ads. An ad found me about an upcoming ads manager training. And I was like, Hmm, let me check this out. And after doing the training, I was like, this sounds pretty cool. This sounds like something I could do. So I just went all in on ads and here we are.
Brandi: Oh, I love that. So was it my ad or someone else's ad? Both.
Crystal: else's. So I did start out with someone else's, but at that time, I, I really didn't even know, or I think you were maybe taking a break from doing the
conversions for clients around May of 2021. Because I remember that summer. Cause I had been introduced to you through the virtual savvy.
They had a training with Brandy. [00:05:00] And so I knew of Brandy, but I remember that summer CFC was launching and I went, Oh my gosh, Brandy has a training too. I didn't know about this. So I had total FOMO, like I wanted to join so bad, but I was already invested in the other program. So I didn't end up joining CFC until the next round in January,
but I'm so glad I did of course.
Yeah.
Brandi: a lot of people come into our world and it's so funny because they're like, I've already taken an ads training and I'm like, great. So why are you on my call? And so what, what is missing? And so for you in that moment, because this does come up a lot, I've taken other courses before and stuff.
And why were you like, okay, I have this training and we don't need to say names or anything. I have this training, I've done it, but I'm still looking for something else. What do you think was holding you back from or what pulled you in to take another training? Um,
Crystal: One of the biggest things for sure, like probably maybe the biggest thing [00:06:00] was that you offer lifetime support, you have the Facebook group and I knew that I would be able to be inside the Facebook group because ads are a lot, and that training was six, six months long but even by the time I got done, I still felt like there was so much more.
I needed to learn. I hadn't, the, the idea behind that training was to get our first client within like the first 90 days, I think, but it just didn't work out that way for me. I, I did not get any clients during the whole training. And so I didn't, I still didn't have any experience really running ads.
And I was like, Oh my gosh, I can't just go out there now with no support and try to run ads. So when I saw that you had lifetime, access to the program, cause the other one didn't even have lifetime access to the program. Everything basically stopped at six months. And just for me especially with ads, I felt like you're, you're playing with people's money.
I don't want to go in there and not know what I'm doing. So I wanted to feel super confident. always like I had support, like I had somewhere to turn if I had any questions. And plus, like I said, I just, I [00:07:00] knew you from the virtual savvy. You were the first person I ever heard talk about ads. So I just felt it was a no brainer for me to join your program too.
Brandi: I love that because, and this is one thing that no matter what business coach I hire, because even me, I talk about you should always have a coach in your pocket. The year that we had the biggest drop in our revenue was the year that I was like, Oh, I've made it. I don't need a business coach.
And then you're like, Oh crap, there's something to be said about having a business coach. And so even me, I always have a coach, if not two coaches. And. The biggest pushback I always get is Brandy with something like ads that is always changing. Why do you offer lifetime access? And I'm like, Because it just feels right.
It has always just felt right to me. The other pushback is on the price. The price has been the price since we started. And I'm like, the price and the lifetime access just feels right to me. And sometimes we do things and it doesn't make sense from a business [00:08:00] standpoint. But at the end of the day, I can say it also does make sense because you came into my world because we do offer that.
And I think we're one of the only ads programs that does that. And you get access to all the updates. Like right now we're under a major update and everyone's getting access to that brand new modules that are fully rerecorded, updated, but not only that. But you stay in my world. So not only are you in conversions for clients, but you've moved into certified and then now the strategist society, and you have one on one access to me.
And so whenever we do things in our business, sometimes people will say that doesn't make sense, but we still do it because it does make sense in a way, or it's for more than just making sense. And so for you, can you think of any moments in your business where you've had that where it's this doesn't make sense, but I'm still going to do it.
Crystal: Oh, Brandy. So many times in my business where it did not make sense. Financially I was, [00:09:00] spending a lot more than I was earning for the first two years in business, or I was, I was definitely reinvesting all the money that I was making back into the, the business. And a lot of people I'm sure would have said, Oh my gosh what are you doing?
Or even with taking another ad, Course, because I had invested a good bit in the first program. And then I had invested in, starting my virtual assistant. So by the time I got to CFC, it was kind of like, to me, it was like, all right, this is it, Crystal, like no more investing in ads programs.
If, if you do not make this work kind of thing. So I went all in, it just felt right. And then when certified came up, I knew I had to get in there. Like it just, it was like, That's another piece that I felt like is missing in so many ads programs. And it's not, it's just the ads and funnels go together so well.
And there's so much though. So I can totally see why like programs just focus on ads, but I feel like learning more about funnels and launching and all of that is just such a big part. Especially if you want to work with online businesses, I guess if you're doing ads for local, it's not quite as. Robust, but for [00:10:00] me, I just really wanted to dive in the world, into the world of working with course creators and coaches. And so when certified came up, I was like, Oh my gosh. Okay. Like one more time, let's dive in. And yeah, and it was, it was a great investment, so I'm super happy, but tons of times in my business, it's okay, but you just have that. Belief in that, like gut feeling. And I don't know, like the mindset shifts I've had over the years since starting my business.
It's like, all right, if I bet on myself, I can't lose because I know I'm going to keep showing up. I'm going to keep going like no matter what. And it was not overnight success. You know what I mean? Like we hear so many stories online where it was like, it makes it seem like it was just overnight success, but you and I both know, like a lot more goes into it than that.
So I feel like. You do have to take that risk sometimes and bet on yourself and just keep going. Don't give up and you, you can't lose.
Brandi: Oh, I love that. If I bet on myself, I can't lose. I love that so much. Okay. So let's talk about your first client. Everyone always wants to know how much did [00:11:00] you charge for your first client?
Crystal: So my first client was a thousand dollars. Yeah, I did, I did all right with my first client. I did actually end up charging even less for my next client, which is backwards, but it was more of a white labeling situation where I wasn't doing the graphics or the copy. But my very first client, I took care of all of that.
So I did charge a thousand dollars.
Brandi: And now where are we with our charging?
Crystal: We are at 3000 per month.
Brandi: I love it. I love it. I love it. And one thing that's been so fun, Crystal is watching you over these last several months because it has, it's been like a snap of a finger and I know it probably doesn't feel like that on your journey,
we've been working together and the more one on one capacity, it feels like it's been like snap of the finger, big things happening.
And then there has been road bombs. There have been big decisions that you've had to make. There's been times where, I'm sure you doubted the route and I [00:12:00] would love to talk about that if you're open to it. This is
the thing, I'm always like, I have no idea what anyone's going to say, I'm just going to ask the hard questions and we'll see how this goes.
And there was a time in the spring where things just probably didn't feel like they were working out. And then There was this like uptick because you kept going. So can you tell us a little bit about what was going on in the spring?
Crystal: Yeah, absolutely. And just, I want to just say this year in general too. I mean it, I've just experienced so much massive growth, but it's a cumulative effect. So like you said, like it does seem like the snap of the finger, but there was like two years prior that I was like hustling hard and I had lots of other things going on outside of my business that were affecting my, Ability to go, as hard as I wanted in my business. But yeah, so this year I had a lot of big decisions. Like you said I was like partnered with some agencies, which were absolutely amazing and I loved [00:13:00] working with them, but I just knew in order to accomplish the level of business I wanted and to work with the clients I wanted to work with in a one on one capacity that I was going to have to let some of that go.
And that was a really hard decision because, I felt so safe having that safety net of they're, they're getting the clients, they're providing the work. And, as a business owner on your own, we're doing all the things like we're marketing ourselves, we're, we're. Talking to clients were on discovery calls and we're running ads.
So it's, it's a lot of things going on, but yeah, I just, and with your encouragement, branding too, I'll say I was able to let go of some things that I knew I just needed to, to do to move on. And I'm a strong believer that you have to like, Open up more space for what you want to attract. And so letting go of some of the things that I loved, but that just weren't quite aligned anymore, really opened up the space, I think, to bring in these more aligned and bigger clients into my life.
Brandi: I love that. So let's talk about if you want if you're [00:14:00] willing the moment where it was like Okay, I have Some options and there's some big things. You're a new homeowner, which is super freaking exciting. We both were buying our house at the same time, which is fun. And you had some decisions to make about the business and moving forward.
And so can you talk about what that was looking like in that such a pivotal moment, cause this was your first home you were buying like, and it's business owners, that's such like a, it's. It's a whirlwind because banks don't see us as stable and things like that, no matter how stable our business is.
And so can you talk about some business things that happen and decisions you had to make also during this time that's a big moment in our life?
Crystal: definitely. Yeah. I know you probably remember, cause it was just like a month and a half ago, but I had this two or three week period where I was like, I had an opportunity to possibly partner with another huge agency and I had been wanting to work with them [00:15:00] for years. And I had applied before in the past and I never heard back and this time I heard back and I was like, right on the edge of trying to make that decision. But, but I also knew that, I've worked with agencies before, like I said, I loved working with them, but at the same time, I've just, I'm a business owner, I'm an entrepreneur. So it's still like that feeling of almost being an employee when it's okay, you're saying you want your own business, Crystal, but like you're over here, like looking for jobs almost. And it's not exactly in the nine to five capacity. But but yeah, there came a moment where it was like, I had a few clients that either they wanted to take a break summertime slump, everybody's going on vacation. Some of my clients wanted to just work on some things on the back end of their business, which I totally understand.
But it was like, I went from having I think five or six clients down to two or three. And then it was like, I was going to be down to possibly one or two clients. And I was like, okay what am I going to do? And I just had this gut feeling though, because every time [00:16:00] before when I had applied. for an agency and I had the opportunity to, go on the interview and everything like that. Like I was like, yes, okay, I'm in. And for some reason there was a gut feeling this time that just would not allow me to move forward. It just literally wouldn't, I can't even explain it, but I just couldn't do it.
I couldn't send, send the email back and say, yes, like I was having so much resistance to it. And I know we chatted through it a lot and you're kind of like, trust that feeling. You know what I mean? Like maybe you're having that feeling, but it was definitely like such a pivotal moment. Like you said, buying a house where I was like, all right, can I do this? And I just had had to dig deep and go, okay, look at your vision. What's your vision for the future? Are you going to get there if you take this position or is this position going to take up space? So you're not going to be able to create the big vision you have for yourself. And when I asked myself that question, I was like, All right.
Like it's time. Like I I've got to dig deep. I got to try some new marketing tactics. I got to really just do [00:17:00] do new things, try new things and, and make it happen. And that's what I've done. So it was definitely scary, but but I came out on the other side and I can, I'm happy to report, I have four dream clients right now, and it's just, it sounds too good to be true, but it's true.
So
Brandi: And it's one of those things you made that decision. And I remember that moment, you making that decision. And then it was like, right after you made that decision, it was like dream client, dream client, dream client. And it was so cool because also as a coach, it's a difficult moment because I'm not a coach.
Who's burn the bridges, like burn the boats and go all in. Because also I feel like we have. Like responsibilities, like it's not just you, you have a little one that, and
that's like a priority and I knew the decision I would make, which was not to go work with the agency, but also in that moment as your coach, it was not my job to tell you what the right decision was.
[00:18:00] And so I remember like treading very lightly with this, but also trying to coach you to the right answer. And that's exactly what you did. And one thing for so that I've noticed over the last several months of working together one on one is you are someone who's not afraid to ask for help. You check in, even if it's just Hey, just want to give you an update.
Here's what's going on. It's not that you always need me to respond back, but it's just here, I just, I, here's what's going on. And I so appreciate that. So it keeps me in the loop of like, how are you feeling? But then also when you need help, you ask for help and you're not afraid to do that. And I think so many people are afraid to ask for help or they think they're bothering their coach or they think like they're gonna ask a dumb question.
And you just like. You ask, and I'm the same way. I think if you have a question and it's holding you back from moving forward. Ask it you're paying for that coaching, why wouldn't you use it? And one thing that I truly believe is part of your success is that [00:19:00] you're just like, you're not afraid to ask for help and then you take the help and you run with it.
It may not look exactly hey, this is what I told you to do and that's okay, but you take pieces of that and you run with it and you just make it messy and you do it.
Crystal: Yeah, yeah. Taking messy action. That's definitely a big part of my business journey and getting to where I am. Because starting out, I, I remember when I first started with the virtual savvy building my virtual assistant business, and I knew that I'm one of those people who would get stuck on the logo, so I literally told myself, okay, I have 24 hours to decide this is going to be the logo. We're going to go with it. Like it was nothing fancy. I created it in Canva. I just, I picked my branding colors, all of that, because I know that I get stuck on that. So I was like, I'm not gonna let this hold me back.
This does not matter. I can change it later. And so shifting that perspective. And I think they talk a lot about that too. Done is better than perfect. That was a huge game changer for me. And just realizing, especially like working in the online space, like [00:20:00] we're all entrepreneurs, we're all learning.
There's so much to learn and no one. Knows everything when they're just getting started, like you just have to learn as you go So I think realizing that too because i've dealt with a lot of imposter syndrome And I know a lot of people struggle with imposter syndrome. I remember my very first discovery call like I was So scared and nervous and just getting on there and doing it anyways.
And I actually, I, I got the client we didn't, we didn't work together long because I was just starting out and she needed a little bit more high level support. But yeah, absolutely taking messy action and then leaning into help and support, like you said. I'm same as you. I don't think you should do business without some sort of support or a coach.
I've had both. I'm really dialed into all the communities that I've been a part of. And I, try to stay connected and, and in those groups and everything too, because doing it alone is impossible. To me, it feels like You can do it alone, but it's going to take you a lot longer than if you actually [00:21:00] build relationships and build your business with the support of your community and your coaches.
So yeah.
Brandi: I love it. Okay, one more question for you. Maybe not one more, but one more little alleyway that we're gonna go down. And then we'll do some rapid fire. I know that pricing has been, like, such a journey. And it's such a journey for so many people. And Before we started working together, what were you charging your client?
Crystal: So yeah, my pricing has definitely been a journey, like you said, and I can't, there's not even like one answer to that because I just, I want to help everyone. And so whenever I come onto a call and someone wants to do ads, like I've lowered my prices more often than I should have probably to work with them. But yeah, my pricing has definitely been a journey. It's been all over the place. Honestly and I've like I finally got into where I'm like, all right, it's 3000 period You know working with you has been [00:22:00] so transformative on that But I was like doing some white labeling things where I was like, okay if you make the graphics and do the copy I can just run the ads and we can do You know, 2000 or whatever.
And it's just, yeah, I've had some people on that have we just ended, but they were on for a year and a half. So they were still on at a thousand, so it's been yeah, a little messy for sure on my pricing.
Brandi: And I think one of the, when we did your 90 day roadmap, I was like, okay, we have to streamline your pricing. That's the first thing because
it makes it so much easier to run your business. But also there's been moments where you've come to me and you've been like, I don't think they're going to sign with me.
Should I lower my prices? I'm like, no, no, we don't lower our prices, but you've got creative. With how you get people to sign, which is through fast action bonuses and stuff like that to me, not to sign, but to make decisions quicker. And I think that [00:23:00] that's 1 thing that we've really leaned into is how can we make people get decisions quicker on our timeframe?
Because in the center, so like me, where it's like, You haven't heard from them in 24 hours and you're like, they're not signing. And I'm like that too. And then I'm like, wait, not everyone's running on my time. And it's funny because there's been moments where you're like, I haven't heard from them. Should I lower my prices?
I'm like, No, no, no, no. Let's send out some emails. Let's do that. Let's touch base. But it's been so fun because pricing is such like mind F. I guess that's a nice way to say it. It is. And one thing that I've watched you do is when we're patient, It has nothing to do with our pricing. If someone hires us or does not hire us, it just, a lot of times we're just not patient.
Crystal: Yeah. Patience, and then, you never know what they have going on, or maybe they realize after talking to you that their funnel is a complete disaster, and they [00:24:00] really need to do some back end work before they move forward. Or, yeah, it could be, Who knows what reason, they could have a family crisis going on for all week. I want to say I do love implementing the 48 hour bonus. So that was huge. That's been a huge, massive shift. And yeah, it just makes it like, it's like anxiety reducing, knowing that even if it's no, they're going to tell you no, Or most likely I feel like if people are going to sign, they're going to want the bonus.
So before the 48 hours is up, you may have a yes or you may have a no, or, if you don't have a yes, then it's probably a no kind of thing. But yeah, it's definitely been a journey. And what I've realized too, though, as an ads manager, and hopefully this will help other ads managers is, ads are running 24 seven.
So even though we're not on our computers all the time, every second of the day, like we're holding the weight of that. And that's, what's really helped me get solid in my pricing is yeah. When you think about the fact that we're managing ads, five to seven days a week, depending on what, if we're in a launch or something like that, maybe we're also checking [00:25:00] ads on the weekend, but it's a lot that goes into it.
And there's so much just skills and strategy that we keep up with and, that we've spent years and years mastering and studying. So that's what's really helped me get solid in my pricing too, is just knowing how far I've come in my ads journey and learning ads. So hopefully that helps someone.
Brandi: I'm sure it will. Okay, Crystal. So let's jump into some rapid fire. Are you ready?
Crystal: Yes,
Brandi: Okay. What is the best piece of business advice you've ever received?
Crystal: Oh probably just to keep going. And I don't know where I heard it or got it, but I'm sure it wasn't originally my own thought, but if you bet on yourself, you can't lose, just knowing that you're going to show up every day and making that commitment to yourself But yeah, even if times get hard and it doesn't seem like it's working, like it will have a cumulative effect.
It will, it's inevitable. Your success is inevitable.
Brandi: Oh, I love that. That's one of my favorite is your success is inevitable. So I love that. Okay. So what is your favorite [00:26:00] business book?
Crystal: Ooh, another good question. Oh my gosh. Um, as far as mindset, Ah, I love so many books. Let me think. It's not even as much as like a business book, but Rich AF by Amanda Francis, I swear was so transformational because of the mindset shifts. Because if you didn't start out making a lot of money in life, and then you're like wanting to make more money, support your family, it can do like a lot of crazy things to your mind, and so reading that book, I think I read it about two years ago. I think it was right after she first came out with it and that was a huge shift for me. Just journaling through it and everything. So I love journaling. So stuff with journaling prompts, but yeah, I'm trying to think through other,
Brandi: Oh, that's a good one. That's a good one. So many people need to work on their money mindset. I'm constantly working on it. And so I love that one. Okay. So the real question that everyone wants to know, what's your favorite way [00:27:00] to eat a taco? What do you want on it? Hard shell, soft shell? What, what is it your best taco look like?
Crystal: Soft shell for sure. There's a place in Lawrenceville, Georgia called Strange Taco Bar and I'm pescatarian. I don't do like the, the beef and chicken, but they have all kinds of tacos. So they have like cauliflower tacos and like just crazy, like Brussels sprout tacos, like things that sound so weird, but they're so good. And I always love like shrimp tacos or fish tacos
Brandi: Love it. And are you eating corn tortilla or flour?
Crystal: Oh, I try to go with corn because I feel like it's healthier, but let's be honest. Like I just like flour
Brandi: Flour tortillas. I'm always like, they're the best corn tortillas. They're not. So I'm with you on that. Okay. So last thing, if someone is sitting here and they're like, I don't like, should I invest in conversions for clients? Or maybe you're thinking about I already have an ad business [00:28:00] and I want to invest in strategist society.
What would you tell them?
Crystal: would tell them to go for it right now, hurry and get in while you can. No, I'm just kidding. I would definitely say, like I said, the biggest thing with conversions for clients was the fact that you offer the lifetime support. Having that Facebook group, even if cause even if you can't pop in, There's so many other ad strategists in there and we're all growing and learning.
So there's just, there's just going to be more and more knowledge in there over time. So love CFC. And then, certified, like I said, if you want to take it to the next level, learn a little bit more about funnels, launching all that stuff, get in certified. And then strategist society is just so amazing.
Cause it's really that next level next level of ads management where you're really getting deep into the strategy and wanting to just be the best possible ads manager you can be. Then strategist society is for you.
Brandi: I love it, Crystal. And you can meet Crystal in all three.
Crystal: Yeah, I'm there. Yeah.
Brandi: So you can see [00:29:00] her through all those. But Crystal, thank you so much. Where can people connect with you and just learn more about what you're doing? Pop into your DM, say, hey, where can they find all that?
Crystal: Yeah. On Instagram, I'm at CJ and co creative. That's probably the best place to find me. I hang out on Facebook too, but Instagram more. So I'm on LinkedIn. I'm, I have a Tik TOK account, but Instagram is the way to go.
Brandi: Perfect. We'll make sure to link those up in the show notes. And Crystal, thank you so much for being here and just inspiring so many people just to do the dang thing.
Crystal: Yeah. Thank you, Brandy, for having me. This was so much fun.
Brandi: How amazing was Crystal's story? Going in and just like the whole, if you bet on yourself, you can't lose. I think that is something that not enough of us are living our life through. That lens of if you take chances on yourself, how could you possibly lose? And I think that's the biggest [00:30:00] takeaway from this episode.
And also knowing that once you have that growth, what we see on the outside isn't necessarily what's going on behind the scenes. Because I know people inside strategist society, they see crystal sore. Like they see that. But what they don't see is that she lost three clients, that she was in the middle of buying a home and she had to make tough decisions on do I go with an agency for guaranteed work, or do I keep marketing myself and know that as long as I keep moving forward, I'll hit my goals, and then to land three dream clients after she was going through this hard decision, and as soon as she made that decision to bet on herself Those clients appeared and that is what faith is.
That is what knowing That you're gonna make this work no matter what That's what that shows you. And I think we can all learn so much from Crystal in this episode. And so I hope you reach out to her. I hope you let her know what your biggest ahas were. And if you'd like to meet Crystal and [00:31:00] you were just getting your journey started, go to conversionsforclients.
