My Dark Night Of The Soul
Today I talk about my very recent dark night of the soul experience
and own how simple physical pain can sometimes push you to unravel and let go.
I'm sure you might also have experienced your versions of the dark night of the soul,
I've experienced quite a few over the years, and each one has given me the opportunity to realise something about myself an insight or a lesson to be learned,.
Or has given me insight into what needs healing?
How learning the skills of self-love, creating a positive mindset, and filling ourselves up with healthy power is the key to us thriving and achieving our big meaningful goals
This made me think of our human needs of what I need in order to thrive and begs the question what needs to happen for you to get your needs met?
- At a fundamental level sleep, nutrition, and wellbeing
- In relationships with others, communication, connection
I talk about planning potentially triggering conversations in advance so your big passionate emotions don't hijack your efforts
and getting clearer on how to ask for support
These prompts can be used to getting your needs met, with a business partner or life partner, or any relationship
