Kristina Bartold (00:00.898)
Hey everyone and welcome to another episode of Community. I am here today with Tiffany Cohen from Spirit and Soul Studio who is a friend of a friend of my friend Chris Gordon. And I know whoever Chris brings into my world is an amazing person. Tiffany's been on a few of our clients podcasts and I know she's added so much value so I'm so excited to have her here today. So welcome to the show Tiffany.

Tiffany (00:24.867)
Thank you so much, Christina. my God, I'm so excited to be here.

Kristina Bartold (00:28.566)
Amazing. Well, I'd love to hear a little bit about you and a little bit about your businesses and the stuff that you're kind of up to day in and day out.

Tiffany (00:36.665)
Yeah. So I started out in corporate America and from there I realized that I really needed a change in my life and I started out, I started my own business and I grew from there while I was still working. I grew a beautiful business. I started out food blogging and then kind of just allowed myself to be led and really just

As my journey, my entrepreneurial journey began to unfold, what happened was my spiritual journey really kicked up. And I really, I was going back to roots that I really hadn't touched upon since like my teenage years. And I started to really go down this road and realize that like this was my calling. And as that started to unfold and I started to realize that like this is what I was meant to do.

the opportunity started to come to become like a spiritual business coach and what turned into, I still do that as well, but then also just guiding people that are on their spiritual journey. And that's really how Spirit and Soul was born. So Spirit and Soul is a virtual and in-person, you know, it's a metaphysical shop and a healing center. It's a teaching space for spirituality.

We do so many different things and really at the end of the day, what we're doing is helping people to transform their lives so that they can start really living their best life. And it's our honor to do that and it's such a blessing to be able to be that guide on the journey. And it just lights my heart up.

Kristina Bartold (02:05.143)
Hmm.

Kristina Bartold (02:15.958)
I love that. Well, I also love that spirituality is kind of your focus, right? Because I think in like our current world, I think people are so needing it and needing to connect. And I'm curious, like, where do you see the intersection between like the work that you do and business owners?

Tiffany (02:32.278)
my goodness. So this is where I really started, honestly, because I found that the more that I tried, right, like I tried from this like logical standpoint and really like pushing myself, like pushing myself maybe a little too hard, I started to realize that like things were hard. Like life became hard then and the business became hard and I was always pushing and trying. And then

When I learned to surrender and when I learned to really be guided by my intuition and be guided by, you know, what I say like the soul, like this, always say that like the soul already knows the way. And when I started to let the soul lead the way, things stopped being hard. And the business itself began to grow without me pushing so hard to make it grow. And that doesn't say that, you know,

We don't need action. There's aligned action is a huge part of it, but aligned action, not action for action's sake, not action because you think you have to do this, should be doing this, should be here. And I think that when you get that, you bring in that other part of yourself, not just the logical mind, but you bring in the heart and you bring in the soul leading the way aspect, what starts to happen is that you get into something of what I call soul flow.

And soul flow brings you into alignment with what you should be doing, letting go of the things that you shouldn't be doing, right? Allowing people in that are meant to be a part of the journey and also releasing people that maybe you've outgrown on the journey in order for you to step into that highest level version of you as a business owner. So when I started to do that, really like my business took off.

Kristina Bartold (03:59.288)
Hmm.

Kristina Bartold (04:20.206)
Hmm.

Kristina Bartold (04:27.118)
Yeah. Well, it's interesting because I love this concept of aligned action because I think often when we talk about spirituality or like, you know, things that are, whoa, I'm doing an air quotes, you know, it's like there's a lot of like manifestation and people, know, are talking about things that like a really high level. And I think that's really important. And I think that like level of belief is really important, like knowing that there's something more like believing in yourself endlessly. Like, I think that's so important. But then there's also some work that has to come with with it. And so

Tiffany (04:36.534)
Yep.

Kristina Bartold (04:56.838)
I'm for people, you know, you've worked with Tiffany who maybe are taking lots of actions but they're not aligned. How do they find that aligned action?

Tiffany (05:06.316)
Well, I really think it's, you gotta start sitting in some either quiet contemplation or, you know, meditation, going for walks, like out with it's just you and your thoughts and you and your heart and allowing yourself to hear, right? To listen, truly listen to yourself from within. And that may be a foreign concept to people. So that's why I like to start.

by saying quiet contemplation because that's easy for somebody to grasp. That's you grabbing a cup of tea, grabbing a cup of coffee and sitting down with no distractions, putting your phone in another room, nobody around you and just sitting and seeing what comes up and maybe asking the question like, what's my next right move? That's like my favorite question to ask myself. What is my next right move? And then whatever you get,

in that instantaneous moment, believe it. Right? Don't overthink it. Don't overthink it because that's your mind jumping in like, whoa, wait a minute, wait, that sounds scary. What do you mean do this? And that's when the mind will start to kick in and kind of talk you out of it. But that first response, I believe is that's your like inner knowing. That's your soul.

Kristina Bartold (06:05.55)
Hmm.

Tiffany (06:25.708)
you know, higher power, whatever, whatever you want to say, whatever words you want to use there, that's your intuition kicking in and trying to guide you. And if you allow yourself to listen and actually take action from that space, that's when you really start getting into that aligned, aligned place where then you could take action from this place that feels really good.

Kristina Bartold (06:47.99)
Yeah, love that. How would you encourage someone who like, because I know for myself and a lot of like busy entrepreneurs, like silence and like quiet time doesn't always seem like a top priority, right? When they're, when you're in build mode and you're growing something, you know, like it doesn't always feel like number one. How would you encourage people to take that time or what are the first kind of steps of how they can create that space for themselves?

Tiffany (07:10.634)
Yeah, start small, right? Like when I say like quiet contemplation or meditation, mean, meditation is my favorite. I'm a meditation pusher, Christina. Like meditation pusher, okay? We have a meditation app at Spirit and Soul. Like we're very big on it because there's so much magic that comes from it. And the thing that people think when it comes to sitting for these quiet moments, they think that it has to be like 30 minutes, an hour, and it's

doesn't have to be that and it doesn't have to start out that way. We're talking three minutes, five minutes, just to kind of get centered, right? Like get grounded, get centered for a minute and come back to you so that then you can like… For me, it's a form of self-care as well, like filling up your cup before you start to do the work, before you start to, you know, help out with doing all the other things that you do in your life. It's giving yourself these couple of minutes to…

ask the questions, to hear yourself for the first time in maybe a really long time. So you have three minutes, you have five minutes. Don't tell me you don't have five minutes. Make the time, make it. You're never going to find it because people are like, how am going to find the time? You're not. You're not going to find the time. You have to make the time and making, you can make 10 minutes. I don't care if it's while you're on the toilet, like do what you got to do. You know what I mean? Lock that door.

Kristina Bartold (08:22.382)
This is my-

Kristina Bartold (08:36.344)
Yeah.

No, I love it. Well, I think that's a really tangible tip too, because I think often when we think about a lot of these spiritual practices, it's like zero to a hundred. You're either like on a retreat in Peru or you're hustling and there's like no in between. And in my experience too, it's been those like little things that you do, like whether it's going to a breathwork class or going to church, whatever it is that like gets you kind of calm and ready where like a lot of the best ideas come. But it just takes that time to do it. It doesn't need to be extreme.

Tiffany (08:52.386)
Yeah.

Tiffany (09:09.834)
It doesn't. And this is what I love to call intentional living as well, because we can find these little pockets of time. And I actually think that this is like a little secret sauce to manifesting because you can take these little pockets of time, whether it's like, it could take one second, right, of you like maybe having your perfect cup of coffee or tea in the morning and you literally take that first sip and it's like,

Kristina Bartold (09:21.495)
Yeah.

Tiffany (09:36.921)
you know, Christina, it's like perfection when you're like, it's made just right. And you're like, just take that moment right there and just say, I'm so grateful for this perfect cup of coffee. And you just in that moment touched on gratitude, which then raises your vibration, which then gets you in this state of receiving, right? You're in this higher vibration frequency and that then allows you, you've just opened up your heart space. And what did that take?

Kristina Bartold (10:05.912)
Mmm, suck it.

Tiffany (10:06.528)
No time at all. Yeah, it takes no time. So yes, while your girl over here loves a good ritual and a good 30 minute hour long type of thing, in our modern fast paced world, that's a little bit harder to find. So make the time for that as well as you can, but also understand that these things can be woven. And what I really like to say is that you want to weave in

you're the ancient part of yourself, that spiritual side of yourself, weave it into your modern day life where you can find it.

Kristina Bartold (10:41.486)
Love that. Yeah, I think especially because there's just so many things like competing priorities going on, right? And there's just so many things that people could be doing to find peace, right? And so I think it's about finding things that work for you. I'm curious for you, like, know, something that I know from I'm trying with Chris is a little bit about, I'd love to hear a little bit about your app and a little bit about how your app helps people.

Tiffany (11:03.882)
Yeah. So the app is called Intention by Spirit and Soul. And what we have on there is meditations that range from like three minutes to, you know, upwards of like 45 minutes, right? And it's really every single thing in between. And this is made for people to take what they're doing at Spirit and Soul, to take what they're doing in the classes. And we have a lot of groups that we run. You know, I have like a Shadow and Soul group.

group coaching program. We have intuition groups with our incredible teacher Erica. Like there's so many different groups that we run and it's like, okay, you're learning all of these things and you're doing these things inside of, you know, our walls or virtually. But what are you doing outside of it when we're not there? And we wanted people to be able to kind of take us with them. So we have walking meditations and we have like a journaling prompt.

And we have rituals in there that if you can't make a full moon circle or a new moon circle, that you can actually do these things with us as if you're with us. So people love it. People love it.

Kristina Bartold (12:11.062)
Hmm

Kristina Bartold (12:14.826)
Is it also for people who don't have access to your studio?

Tiffany (12:18.112)
Yeah, absolutely. Yeah, it's for anybody that wants to deepen their spiritual practice or that they just want to like get to know themselves a little better. I think that's like the biggest thing. And this is honestly, Christina, what I see the most, especially with moms, right? I'm a mom myself. I have two boys. And I find that the women that come into spirit and soul, a lot of times they're coming in and they're like, I don't know who I am.

Kristina Bartold (12:48.557)
Hmm.

Tiffany (12:48.672)
anymore. Like, don't know even what I like anymore. And that's where, you know, we want to help people to start to find themselves again. And if you are sitting here saying like, yeah, maybe I don't know what I love or what I, you know, what I like to do anymore, what's, what lights me up, this is your invitation to really get, start getting to know yourself again and not just as mom or not just as, you know, you know, whatever job you do, but

Who are you at your core and what makes you happy? Because that, at the end of the day, is always what you're left with, right? Like our kids, as much as we don't want to hear this or really think about it, our kids get older and they grow up and they don't need you like they did, they once did. And then where will you be at the end of that? And we want you to be in a really beautiful place that

Kristina Bartold (13:26.38)
Hmm.

Kristina Bartold (13:39.116)
Hmm.

Tiffany (13:43.254)
when they are grown up, you're not just starting to find yourself then that you already know and have been taking that and actually introducing that person to your kids along the way as well.

Kristina Bartold (13:53.342)
that's so nice. I love that. Obviously, it hits home for me like in a new season of life. But yeah, that's amazing. And I think that's why these tools like even like just thinking about apps and like all of these like opportunities, whether that be apps or they be group coaching programs or, you know, classes, like that's where there's like so much power in that kind of community of having like minded people who are open to talking about these types of things. I know even for myself, like

Tiffany (13:55.361)
Yeah.

Kristina Bartold (14:22.506)
as my spiritual journey has kind of enhanced over these last few years, having friends that can be like, I went to this great class, or I listened to this awesome podcast, or whatever. I'm curious for you, building this wellness community, I'd love to hear a little bit about your heart behind it. What kind of, because there's probably so many things you can do. have physical space, you can coach online, there's so many things, but tell me why an app was important to you.

Tiffany (14:47.202)
why the app was important. So the app was important because, again, like we really wanted, we have such a beautiful community and we just wanted people to feel supported outside of what they were doing, the work that they were doing with us. And that was really why the app was born so that we can continue to provide that. And it was like, you know, like when people didn't come in for like a little bit, they would come in and be like, my God, I missed you guys so much. And it's like, you have the app.

Kristina Bartold (14:48.77)
Yeah.

Tiffany (15:16.438)
life gets the best of you, you still can tap into everything that we're doing here on your own time, you know? So that's really why the app was super important for us to create.

Kristina Bartold (15:28.002)
And what did cultivating community look What did that look like? I know there's probably people out here who are thinking about launching an app or thinking about connecting with people. And I know apps are a bit of a different launch than other things. And so curious what kind of community building you did around the app.

Tiffany (15:44.505)
Yeah, so it was really more the community was asking for the app, honestly. That's really what it was. It was like the community came first. So we have built such, such a beautiful community at Spirit and Soul. And what's beautiful is that it's not just the in-person people. It is also the virtual people that come in that know each other. A big way that we have actually done this is through our Instagram live sales.

Kristina Bartold (15:50.03)
awesome yeah.

Tiffany (16:13.578)
We do an Instagram live sale every Monday night at 8.30 pm Eastern Standard Time. And this is for anybody can jump in and we, you know, go through some of the crystals and all the things that we have in the shop and we talk about all of that, you know, so what is an amethyst do and how can that support you? What does a pyrite do and how can that support you? And we laugh and we joke and we have fun and everybody's in the comments and everybody

supports each other. Like they even, the community created their own little Instagram like group from the live sales. Like, so this community that we've built is absolutely incredible and it is at the heart of every single thing that we do. I mean, that's why Spirit and Soul, it exists for the people that are on their journey so that they are not alone. And that's why like Spirit and Soul was created.

for this reason and to see it extend outside of the four walls of Spirit and Soul and be on the Instagram live sales. And we have people that seriously, like, it's amazing. They come in from all over. They're like, all right, I'm going to be here from Ohio because we're in New York. So like, I'm going to be in New York and they come in, they'll drive from Maryland just to come and hang out in the space and be like, I was finally here. You know, they're driving from all over.

So it's really amazing what we've been able to create and honestly cultivate through this amazing thing that we've created here at Spirit and Soul. So the community's wonderful.

Kristina Bartold (17:50.222)
Well, it's amazing. The best kind of offering that anybody can do is one that your audience already wants. When people are already asking you for something, that's already so powerful. Rather than, you know, I often see people come up with things and I'm kind of like, I don't know if that's gonna sell because I don't think anybody wants that. But I know you wanna make it, but it doesn't mean that other people want it. So it sounds like you really did a good job kind of feeling out what would be important. And then also these Instagram Lives seem like an amazing way to get people engaged.

Tiffany (18:04.354)
Yeah.

Tiffany (18:16.632)
Oh my gosh. Yeah, we've, we've been doing this for years now, even book, honestly, before we even opened the physical location of spirit and soul, we were doing these because we had like, you little bracelets and crystals and things like that. So it's really, um, it's amazing to see how it's grown. It's become such a big thing. Like people, and this is from eight 30 to like 11 PM and people hang out with us all night long. And you know that, yeah. And it's just, it's just pure fun. Like it really is like pure fun.

and you're learning at the same time. So yeah, like we, when it came to the app, people were like, any way you can like make an app, any way that you can like do this. So we have meditations and we have all these things. I'm like, absolutely. We can do that for sure.

Kristina Bartold (19:00.469)
Amazing.

I'm curious for you when you got these Instagram lives started. I'm sure the audience wasn't where it is today, right? Where like I'm sure at the beginning there's like probably just a few people watching like all Instagram lives and then it kind of grows over time and then expands. This is such a cool concept. I'm just curious like how did you maintain the excitement and interest on your end to keep it consistently going?

Tiffany (19:26.166)
Yeah, so it is just pure fun. Honestly, like I actually just did a story today because as we're recording this, it's a Monday and I just did a story today. I'm like, I'm so excited to see you guys and I really am like this is, it's like hanging out with your girlfriends. It's like a girls night out, but like I'm not going outside of the shop, you know? Like it's fun, it's engaging, it's entertaining and it's like, think of it like QVC, but like fun.

Kristina Bartold (19:52.526)
And...

Tiffany (19:53.589)
right, but like a lot of fun. So like, that's kind of how it is. So for me, it has never lost that appeal. And yes, like whenever I feel like with anything with Instagram or any kind of social media, you have to act as if you even if you're speaking to one person, you have to act as if you are speaking to 304050 people, you have to do that. And as you act as if right, this is part of law of attraction, this is part of manifesting, right, like you have to

embody who you would be as if you were talking to 30, 40 people. And those 30, 40, 50, 60 plus people will start to come, right? But you have to also get comfortable. You have to allow yourself to be authentically you, which is what we do. mean, like, if you go on there, you will see, Christina, like, we are joking and laughing and they make fun of us. And you know what I mean? We're all like, it's just...

It's just pure fun. And that's how we've created it. And I honestly grown it over time because we're not trying to be anybody that we aren't. We're not just trying to sell you crystals. We are telling you about like what works in our lives. And I, you know what, actually now that I think about it as part of it, like too, I really hand choose every single thing, every item that is in the shop. I am looking at it.

Kristina Bartold (21:04.792)
and

Tiffany (21:17.44)
Would I read this? I'm not just bringing things in because they're popular. I'm looking at it I'm saying, would I use this? How would I use this? Would I read this? Or would any of my other teachers, because I have an incredible staff of amazing teachers, like, would they use it? If not, if the answer is no, if there's like someone that we just don't all jive with, that's not in the shop just because, you know? So these things are really the, like, the items are very curated.

Kristina Bartold (21:41.134)
Hmm.

Tiffany (21:45.795)
So I feel like that is something that is felt and seen on the other end. Like, you know you're not, we're not just selling you stuff just to sell you stuff. Like, it's things that we are using in our own lives and we're showing you how it's benefited us.

Kristina Bartold (21:53.26)
Yeah.

Kristina Bartold (22:01.064)
Mm-hmm. Well, I there's so many good things you said there to me like firstly I think the like law of attraction piece is so important and like this is like what we coach our clients on all the time the social business club that like like pretend there's a hundred people watching and like people get so discouraged by like their Instagram story views and I'm like if a hundred people were in a room watching you sell this and talk about this like how stoked would you be but we get so like worried about with the numbers behind it but I think it's like that unwavering belief that you showed is probably such a big sign of your success because

Like you needed to believe that there would be 80 people or 100 people participating in this and come in your shop and buying from you and continuing in that intentionality even when it was hard is probably why this has been so successful for you.

Tiffany (22:42.208)
Yeah. You know what I would, you know what I do? Honestly, what I still do to this day, I don't look. I don't look at the numbers. Like, I thankfully have an incredible team. Actually, my sister runs our social media and, you know, she's doing the looking. I'm not looking at it, especially in the beginning, because I didn't want to feel discouraged. I didn't want to look at it and allow that number to be, to say something about who I am as a business person.

Kristina Bartold (22:46.99)
Mmm.

Kristina Bartold (22:56.749)
Yeah.

Tiffany (23:09.272)
Because it did not mean anything. That number did not mean one thing. All that meant was, yeah, it just meant that there was somebody there that was on with me buying. And every single time we had somebody on and buying something, every time, there was never one live sale that I had that someone didn't buy, you know? And I didn't care. You know, obviously, our numbers have grown over time, right? Like, I mean…

Kristina Bartold (23:09.454)
Mm-hmm.

Kristina Bartold (23:14.072)
Yeah.

Kristina Bartold (23:28.962)
Yeah.

Tiffany (23:35.008)
I remember, you know, first live sale, I feel like, you know, maybe we sold like $200 worth of stuff and it was like, yeah, you know. And now, you know, it's way, way more than that. it's, had, yeah, I didn't really think about it. I just had to have the belief that it was going to be there. And I just kind of went with it without allowing these numbers to define me.

Kristina Bartold (23:57.772)
Yeah. What would you say was like the tip to helping you grow your Instagram lives to get more people to listen?

Tiffany (24:04.488)
Show up show up in your stories like not just in posts get out there get your face out there because people want to know like and trust you and they want to get to know you like that's the Beauty and and I know that some people don't look at it like this, but I do I think that that social media when used Properly, I think it's a beautiful beautiful tool to get to know people

And they may not know every single part of your life, and that's not what it's about, but you feel like you know somebody and they feel like they know you and there is nothing better than, you know, your social media supporters. They're going to support you. They are your diehards. You know what I mean? As they get to know you. So show up, like take 1 % of your life and put that

in your stories and just allow people to get to know you, pull back that curtain a little bit more, and that's how it will start to grow, right? And then of course you can say, you love this, tell your friends, and all of those things really do help. You know, people do, I think when they love you, they want to support you, but at first, you know, they have to get to know you. So show up in your stories. I know it's, I know it can feel challenging, right? I don't like to, I don't like to use the word hard because if you say something's hard, it will be hard. So…

Kristina Bartold (25:27.767)
Yeah.

Tiffany (25:28.012)
But I know it can feel challenging or you can like look at, you know, yourself and say like, I didn't do this. I didn't do that or do a million takes. It doesn't have to be perfect. It's not meant to be perfect. In fact, like people like it when it's not, you know, mess up and just keep going and let them see you. And I think that you will start to see your audience grow.

Kristina Bartold (25:49.934)
Yeah, 100%. And I always talk about this with social too, that it's you know, showing up on stories, like people buy from people, right? So it's like, even if it's not about whatever it is that you sell, I've been surprised when I share, like I've used this example on this podcast before, but I had gallbladder surgery like maybe two years ago, and I posted on Instagram and it was like traumatic, because I like was like trapped in a hospital and I wasn't supposed to have it, like whatever.

and I'm on there and I like mention, I'm like, hey, like I'm not on my email saying here's why and like whatever. And I'm used to showing up every day. And I received something that was like 250 DMs, like of people being like, hey, like my mom had gallbladder surgery and like, I don't know if you know this, but you need to take this vitamin or like whatever, like this would be really helpful for your recovery. And it was like not, it wasn't necessarily related to social and I didn't use it to make sales, but what it did was build that trust between us. And over time, like the more I talk about different things, it's amazing like.

When people only talk about what they sell, it's really tough because that's all you can connect with them on. But when you know more about them in their life, like I'm sure many of your buyers do, they're really invested in you as a person. They're invested in your business. They're invested in what you're doing.

Tiffany (26:57.14)
Absolutely. One million percent agree. And you know, like I show people those behind the scenes things for that specific reason, right, for them to get to know me. And I do, you know, try to make sure that it's not confusing because I think that it can easily get confusing. So I try to make it things that are related to what I sell, but I'm not selling anything, right? So if maybe…

I'm showing people like what my morning rituals look like, right? Like that's me pulling back. mean, you're literally getting me in my pajamas, like all the things, but it's also related to what I do, right? And then I think then as you grow and then you can start to kind of like do a little bit more, maybe it's a little bit outside of, but especially in the beginning as you're going…

Kristina Bartold (27:32.45)
Yeah.

Tiffany (27:51.789)
going forward with this and you want to make a commitment to posting. Like my coach always says, do three stories a day, right? If you can do three stories a day that with you forward-facing, you know, the camera forward-facing and you talking to it, I think that it makes a gigantic, gigantic difference. And just make it make sense at first and then you can start building in as people start to get to know you too. It's like, and look at this part of my life. and look at this part of my life. And you can start to bring in more pieces of it. But

Christina, like you just said, you know, were getting surgery and everybody was there to support you, like your community rallies, right? And it's like amazing to see it. It's like, my gosh, look at all this support and probably things that you didn't realize before.

Kristina Bartold (28:33.826)
Totally, and I even see this with people who do things like, I know a woman who's doing a Kickstarter campaign right now, and her network is like, they're all making donations, and people are so excited about what she's doing. We love being part of people's stories. And I think that's the same thing for when you're talking about Instagram lives and selling on Instagram lives. People aren't really there for the crystals. They're not there for your shop. They're there for you and your energy. And so it's just interesting, I think, as business owners, as something that we have this really beautiful

privilege job that we shouldn't take advantage of. But also it's this amazing thing that we can use in an appropriate way to be able to grow our businesses and make more impact.

Tiffany (29:13.334)
Absolutely. love, I love, honestly, I just, I love Instagram more than probably any other social media platform, but I just, I love it because I find, and I know that, you know, everybody's feeds are different and the audiences are different, but I just find everybody to be super supportive on there and like very, and it's like, it can be a beautiful space.

Kristina Bartold (29:36.398)
Yeah, I love it. Well, Tiffany, this has been such a good conversation and thank you so much for sharing so much wisdom, not only around your app and why people need this space and why it's so important, but the other piece is I think this Instagram Live thing's never come up and I think that's a really unique thing for people to see. So I'm gonna encourage people to go check it out and buy from Tiffany, but also to see the model, because that's really cool. But Tiffany, I'd love for you to tell people where they can find you and how they can connect with you.

Tiffany (30:01.94)
Yeah. So if you want to join our Instagram live sales, we do 15 % off of everything on, on that night. So it is, you can follow us at Spirit and Soul Studio. And my Instagram is at Heyimtiphoniemarie. And you'll find so much content on there just to help you to transform your life. You can check out the classes that we have upcoming. In fact, Christina,

I actually have for all of your listeners, if you use the code community when you head over to Spirit and Soul, you can book your first class for free with us. So we'd love to see you guys in class.

Kristina Bartold (30:40.44)
My gosh.

You know who's gonna do this 100 % is my business partner, Maria. She is two steps away from owning her own crystal shop. So she is gonna be, you're gonna see her in some of your classes. But thank you so much for that generous offer. And folks take her up on it. Like this is so important. This mindset work that we do as entrepreneurs is maybe some of the most pivotal work we have to do. And it is really that intersection between being a human and being a business owner. so, Tiffany, thank you again so much for being here. And I'm so excited to be in your world.

Tiffany (30:46.602)
Yeah!

Tiffany (30:51.872)
