So I break down how to figure out where the limiting beliefs come from and heal the wounds of the past. Working through your limiting beliefs I believe is such a powerful way to heal and live a better life! Waking up to the programming that was taught to us is everything! I talk about how to journal this out and talk about how to reprogram your subconscious mind and making new beliefs! Towards the end I talk about different ways to affirm these new beliefs into your reality. I believe this is the first step in shadow work. I'll be going deeper into shadow work in the next episode.
