I dive deep into what the shadow is and the beliefs/programming that makes us disconnect from our inner child. I go into what the inner child is and how we can start to have better relationships with that part of ourselves that may be neglected and ultimately how to HEAL. I talk about how we tend to numb out the uncomfortable feelings and how the ego just wants to feel safe.
