Today's episode is all about how I personally became more positive after being negative for so long. I talk about how I neutralized my thoughts and handled my negative emotions. These tips absolutely changed my life. I use to be very negative and was quick to feel like a victim to my own thoughts. I now am to a place where even in a crappy situation I can see the silver lining but also honor how I feel and allow myself to feel that way. I don't believe in the toxic positivity stuff that many people push. I believe that our emotions no matter if they are "good" or "bad" are valid and are meant to be felt. I share with you how I maintain my positive mindset by taking care of myself.  Even if you don't feel you are a negative person we all deal with negative thoughts and doubts.
