This episode I talk about using your social media as a form of self expression and how we need to stop with the people pleasing mentality when it comes to following people back that we know in real life. I talk about how I have been cleansing my social accounts especially on tiktok and cleaning up who I follow/who follows me. This episode is for anyone who enjoys posting themselves on social media and especially for those who are wanting to create content for themselves or their business. I talk about my own personal trauma of putting myself on the internet at a young age and how I am currently working through that. I am learning to block people and not feel bad about it to help myself feel more safe to be myself on my socials. And that's the thing it is YOUR socials... social media should be an outlet for ourselves not for anyone else.
