It's Never Too Late To Change Your Story

This episode is about changing the stories we tell ourselves and how it's never too late to make a change. I think we all get caught up with the stories we tell ourselves or the stories that were told to us growing up and it is very easy to feel defeated with those stories if they aren't positive ones. I know so many people that feel like "it is too late" for them and I once felt/still feel this way sometimes too but that is not the truth. The truth is that we have control over our narrative. If we aren't happy with our lives and have a hard time making those changes then maybe it is the story or the feelings that we associate with that change.
