Fulfilling Voids & Comparison

Today's episode I get vulnerable with some things I have been going through and how I am getting to the root of why I sometimes feel like "something is missing". I talk about fulfilling voids and how we sometimes see things that other people have and think that we too should want those things too. The downfall to social media is comparing ourselves to people's lives that may seem perfect and then questioning our own. I think it can be hard to navigate what you actually want at the end of the day and it is so easy to compare and constantly feel like something is missing when we do that. This episode is something I don't fully have answers on but some realizations I had and how I am working on that. This all brings me back to love and what actually matters in life.
