Why It Is Important to Have Discernment

Let's talk about discernment and why it is so important to have especially in the self development/spiritual community. In this episode I talk about why it is important to have discernment in your everyday life and also on all the "coaches" that try to get you to buy their courses etc. I think when we are just learning about something new in any aspect of our life we tend to put the people that know more up on a pedestal and forget that we are just as powerful and knowing! In my opinion there is a lot of misinformation out there and people that don't have the best intentions. I am share my own experiences with spending so much money on people and how I built up a relationship with myself which therefore made my discernment much stronger. You can do this too! I just wanted to help bring awareness to having a little more caution on who we might put on a pedestal and reminding you that you hold your own answers inside of you.
