Episode 7: CEO week and 2023 cake trends
Today is a solo episode where l will be discussing my CEO week planning aka working on the business instead of in it.
I discuss my planning process for scheduling in my downtime, theme days as well as working on my financial forecast and auditing my social media channels so they are inline with where my ideal customer is.
The second part of this episode l discuss cake trends that l think will be making an impact in 2023, as well as trends l think are declining. Purely my opinion and a bit of fun,
