Happy new year
Todays episode is a reflection of 2024 and how i felt the business went, and as usual looking back at the month of December being the year i didn't actively undertake a Christmas promotion.
I also speak about tweaks i am making in the business for 2025 and working on setting quarterly goals instead of a huge list. I want to start the year off slow and and let my goals come to me in a more organic process.
