Habits and practices get thrown around a lot and used interchangeably, but after going through my own inner work journey, I realized they’re actually wildly different. (Hint: one requires far more focus, time, and presence). The way that you form and stop habits is so different than how you approach the rituals and mastery involved in developing a practice.
