The purpose of this podcast is to open up a conversation about mental health in a casual format, one in which it feels as though we are talking amongst friends… who happen to be therapists. The show will focus on discussing prevailing themes in mental health amongst our Latinx community in an effort to empower our gente as well as normalize and increase awareness of mental health issues. This is our love letter to the community in which we have grown, the community we serve and that we love. Con Amor.
