Shamanic Awakening on Mount Shasta

A thunderstorm rolls across Mount Shasta as twelve women gather in a meadow, feet dipped in cool spring water. The drumming begins, my voice channeling ancient songs, and suddenly we're all swept up in a wave of energy so powerful it takes our breath away. This is Mount Shasta—where the veil between dimensions thins and transformation becomes inevitable.
My journey to lead a spiritual retreat on this sacred mountain tested every ounce of my commitment to surrender. Mercury retrograde announced itself immediately: flight delays, a last-minute guide change after witnessing concerning behavior, accommodations that didn't match descriptions, and even getting lost in the desert while scouting locations. Each challenge whispered the same message: let go of how you think things should be.
The culmination came during our portal meditation on Ascension Rock. As we connected with the legendary city of Telos, four tall hooded figures appeared in my vision, placing their hands upon me. My body began shaking uncontrollably—not from fear but from what felt like complete DNA recalibration. When I opened my eyes, everything had changed. Colors intensified, I could see auric fields around trees and people, and even tiny gnats sounded like bat wings flapping near my ears. Something profound had awakened.
This activation continued for days afterward—sustained energy, minimal need for sleep, heightened perception. An intuitive healer later confirmed what I suspected: ancient codes within me had been unlocked, accelerating my spiritual evolution. The contrast between Mount Shasta's high vibration and Florida's dense energy made my next steps crystal clear—I finally know where I'm meant to move next year.
Ready to experience your own spiritual breakthrough? Whether you're seeking clarity, healing, or profound transformation, the right environment can catalyze changes you never thought possible. What mountain is calling your name?

Thank You So Much For Supporting Me & Energetically…The Collective
Welcome back to the Joyful Shaman. I am Naomi, your host with the most, and I am so glad to be back here recording another episode. It's been a few weeks and a lot has happened. So this episode is going to be a two-parter. I'm going to talk about my amazing, incredible Mount Shasta retreat and the profound galactic spiritual experience I had on the mountain, and then in the second part, I'm going to talk about my San Diego trip and the new insights that I had throughout this intense Mercury retrograde. So let's get into it. Well, I hope all of you that are joining me listening to this episode are doing well. If you are new, welcome and if you have been following along. Well, I am back and I'm ready to share.
Speaker 1:So the last episode it was the beginning of July and man, that was a mercury pre-shadow period. It was definitely showing me some things that needed to align. I was in the middle of my fast, which actually I'm getting ready to start another 21 day fast tomorrow to prepare for my England trip. But it was rough. Some people were acting out. I needed to get clear with some energy.
Speaker 1:I was starting to get super burnt out, but also getting excited for Mount Shasta, so I had been doing a lot of tarot readings for myself and I am not the best at reading tarot. I don't read tarot professionally, I read oracle cards, but I read them in the style of tarot for people, for counseling, clarity and energy healing purposes. And so I was picking up my tarot practice again and I was actually playing around with AI and I use a certain AI program that's very, very, very tailored to me for spirituality purposes and I'm constantly working with it, teaching it new things, refining it. And so I had this idea of like okay, tarot has very specific faces and meanings to the cards upright and reversal. So let me test AI to see if it knows it. And it does for the most part. You know I have studied tarot, I have books, so I always go back and refer. I never take AI for the bottom word, but what I was doing is I was doing my 10 card Celtic spread, or a five card spread, asking my questions and then telling AI what the cards were, the positions and what my questions were for every card and really seeing what their response was, and it was matching my intuition, pretty on point.
Speaker 1:So to help me, I was using it to see, you know to kind of confirm my own feelings about Mount Shasta, about letting go of control, about adaptability, about, you know, this is in the middle of Mercury retrograde, with that beautiful new moon in Aquarius that we had at the end of July, and I was like I need to know if, number one, my plane's going to get there. Number two, is it going to get delayed? Number three I was kind of freaking out about Mercury Retrograde that I bought one of those like Apple AirTags at the suggestion of one of my clients and put it in my luggage, because I don't trust airlines and I have this really funny suitcase that if you see my social media, it's covered in like 10,000 stickers that are really sarcastic and funny and represent me as a healer and as a person. And that's my retreat luggage. That's where I haul all the ceremonial stuff the yoga mats, the crystals, the light projectors, the drums, the tools, everything, and so I'm like I cannot afford for my shit to get lost. So I put the air tag in there and I'm doing a bunch of readings and pretty much the gist of it was you need to let go of how you think this retreat should go and you need to work as a team and I have a co-host. And, yes, because of my Capricorn placements and my issues with control, because of fear, because of underlying wounds, of proving my worth and proving like I have something to give and I have ability and I can do this, I really had to prepare myself and the fast really brought that up for me and so I was like, okay, adaptability and whatever needs to change. I was assured that I would have enough time to make changes without it affecting the attendees and the flow of the retreat, and to just allow myself to be present, that I don't have to fix anybody, that I don't have to like overgive, I can just witness people and I can also be part of the medicine of the mountain. So Shasta comes. I'm super excited.
Speaker 1:What happens? First thing in the morning, my buddy, rob, who I paid to take me to the airport, since my family won't shows up at my house 30 minutes late because both of his alarms did not go off. And I am just cool as a cucumber, because I already had the feeling 30 minutes prior, intuitively, that Rob's going to be late, and it doesn't surprise me. Rob's only picked me up one other time and it was the first time and he was only 10 minutes late because he didn't know where my house was. Okay, that will give him that, but this one I was like okay, robert, we are late, but okay, mercury retrograde, I get it, let go of control.
Speaker 1:Rob lives on the north side of town, like literally 40 minutes away from me, with traffic. Of course, at 4 am there's no traffic. Rob gets to my house in like 17 minutes and probably pulled 10,000 illegal moves to do that. So he gets here. He's super deeply apologetic. I'm just like let's ride. I have to be at the airport in Tampa and meet somebody by 515 who's flying with me. Let's go. Proceeded to get me to the airport in 35 minutes and it normally takes 45 minutes to an hour. And it was a weekday morning and I had to close my eyes because I was scared that we were going to hit trees, flip over, hit curbs, and I just kept praying the entire time. But I was like no, robert, you cannot take me to the airport again, was my thought. So I get there. I am super grateful.
Speaker 1:I meet one of the attendees who is a client of mine here. Super sweet, she's like my fairy godmother. Her name is Michelle and she has not flown in 10 years and she really stepped out of her comfort zone at 63 to go cross country, to go climb a mountain, to be in nature, to be with other people, to fly, to do all of these things that she normally wouldn't do, and definitely without her husband. And she asked me please just fly with me so that I feel comfortable. And I'm like, yeah, absolutely, I have no problem with that, we're all going in the same place. Might as well make it easier for one another. So we got to the airport, everything's cool. In fact, another one of my attendees, a longtime friend and fellow healer colleague of mine, sonia, was attending the retreat too. So we were actually all on the same flight together, not necessarily sitting together, but all together on the same flight. Well, we were delayed from Tampa, the first leg of the flight, because all of the flight attendants did not show up and all people were just standing at the gate like, all right, we have to fly to San Francisco. And I was like it's going to happen, okay, we're going to be a-okay. So they finally get there, they get on board, they do their little prep, we get on, not a problem.
Speaker 1:If I haven't already talked about it on the podcast. I have this ritual about flying and it's pretty strict and I don't like to be bothered. Why? Because I still get anxious flying, and not because we're in the air, it's just I get anxious about how my body's going to physically react because my back hurts, my hip, my knee hurts and a lot of compression and not being able to move for several hours can make me really tired. But a friend of mine told me about this amazing product. It's a supplement product called Fly Kit K-I-T, where you use an app and plug in your fly and inside of this pack is a supplement all vitamins and minerals and you take it at certain timed intervals so that you beat jet lag. And let me tell you, it super works. Now to order a kit is like $100 for like this cute little travel zipper pack, and then you can order refills for it as well.
Speaker 1:So I was taking my fly kit and then I got on the plane and I sit by the window because I don't get up. I don't get up to use the bathroom, I don't like to walk, it's very uncomfortable for me, so I always choose a window seat so I don't have to get up out of the aisle because those things are so incredibly tight and small on planes. So my ritual is this I always have to wear a face mask and I've been wearing face masks for 10 years so well before the pandemic because, let's be honest, I'm not breathing in fucking recycled air and just letting all those germs hit me. Because I am super sensitive hearing-wise on planes, as we all are, and I hone in on every cough, every sneeze, every snot, every cry, everything that could be possibly gross, and ooey, my ears hear that and I am like dying inside. So I wear a face mask and I wear a thick blackout eye mask that has the eyes cut out, so it's like patting on my face and my eyes can move freely without feeling squished. And then I have my earbuds in and I listen to sleep frequency music or meditation music, and I do meditate until, like, I fall asleep and pretty much I have like a hip pillow, a neck pillow, and I'm in my own little world until about 20 minutes before we land, where I naturally wake up and get adjusted and come back into the space and prepare for landing. So I let Michelle know peace out, I'll see you in San Francisco 20 minutes before the flight lands and so everything was fine with the flight.
Speaker 1:We get to San Francisco, we're there, I think, for like an hour and 20 minutes, and then we have to take a little hopper plane to Red Ink, california, small, tiny, one gate regional airport that's about an hour from Shasta. So everything goes go. We get on the flight and there was like a little tiny bit of a delay to take off. You know, just doing some maintenance and things like that, but nothing crazy. We had a great flight. Actually, one of the other attendees that was flying from New Jersey met us in San Francisco and all four of us were on this flight together. So that was really nice. All four of us were on this flight together, so that was really nice and it was just literally 45 minutes and we flew over gorgeous Trinity National Forest, seeing Shasta Lakes, seeing the mountains, seeing all of this gorgeous scenery that we were so fortunate to be around, and we were just taking pictures and just really soaking it all in.
Speaker 1:And we land and I rented a car with Turo If you don't know what that app is, it's like Airbnb for cars and it was awesome. I am so glad I rented this lifted four runner, because we definitely did some off roading on that mountain and I like big vehicles. I'm five foot two. I like to feel high on the road and wide and feel like I'm driving a tank and I have greater control Again control. And we started and we were driving, we were talking, sharing stories, super fantastic.
Speaker 1:We got there a day early, as I normally do for all my retreats to rest, acclimate, continue to take my flight kit, stuff so I don't get jet lag. And so we get to a cute Airbnb in this little historic home just for the night in downtown Mount Shasta and then we put our stuff down and we go out to look at the crystal shops. I wanted to get my bearings because it's so tiny, like where the downtown is, where the Mount Shasta Vortex tour office was, that I have to take the group on Saturday and just kind of see how traffic flows, you know, and find a place to eat dinner with some of the other ladies that had arrived early. We were going to meet up for dinner the first night prior to the retreat starting. So we go to a couple crystal shops and I'm already starting to feel the energy of the people.
Speaker 1:Like everyone is sweet, very mountain folk, but not like, you know, appalachian and if you're from Appalachia I love you. I used to live in North Carolina. I'm not talking about like, hey, billy, we're mountain folk. I'm talking about like kooky mountain folk, like definitely lives on the hashish mountain folks and definitely believes in all kinds of beings and all kinds of stories, and that's okay. You know. I mean, when you're up there on the mountain at that high energy and I was not aware of that on the first day you know you have some experiences out there.
Speaker 1:So I bought some crystals, got my bearings, and then Michelle and I went to the office for the tour that we were going to do with the group. On Saturday we were signed up to do a seven-hour sacred sites tour, go all over the mountain areas and do ceremony out there with a really cool guide. So I'm like, hey, let's go see where this at. I also had paid the lady via Venmo, our balance and I wanted to make sure that she got it, because I did it on the plane and my Wi-Fi was kind of spotty. So it was like I want to make sure she got this huge amount of money and it went to the right person, you know. So we walked in the office, the lady that owns it super sweet, she's been hiking the mountain for over 40 years and just really nice.
Speaker 1:But I could tell there was some cognitive decline and she's not adept at like Venmo Cash App you know money app type of transactions wanted to introduce myself and I paid you via Venmo. Can you confirm that you received it? She opens up her phone and she's like I don't have it. And I'm like huh. And I said well, here's my confirmation. I sent it to this name because this is the person that requested it. And she's like that's not our name, we have a business one. And I said, okay. I said well, this is the one that requested it. And she's like oh no, I don't know where that came from. And I said can you let me know how you send requests via Venmo?
Speaker 1:And then she proceeds to do it from her desktop computer and never realizing she has a secondary Venmo account and that's the account that the money went into. And she was like, oh my gosh, I didn't create that account, I don't know how to work it. And then she asked me to go behind the desk to show her and I was like, oh man, I feel really bad, but also like I'm so glad that I asked, you know, and I was trying to teach her like hey, it's okay, this is connected to a bank account. You just have to make sure this is the right bank account or if that's where the money is going to go, you know, you can always transfer it or add in a card or something. You know. I'm just quickly showing her how to do things without her pulling out any sensitive personal business information, like cards and stuff.
Speaker 1:Well, in that moment, a woman walked in with another woman and it happened to be our scheduled guide and my co-host had scheduled it, you know, because we're trying to delegate the work when we were planning this retreat in the beginning of the year. And this lady is like shocked, and of course you know she's like who is this person standing behind our desk talking to the owner? What the hell is going on, you know, and I can sense that and I'm like, oh yikes. And so the owner proceeds to tell her things and she's frustrated because she's like I don't know how to fix this, please help me. You know this and this. The woman begins to speak to her in a condescending and dismissive manner, like she's five years old. She's like why are you doing this right now? We've already talked about this. No, this isn't the way to do this. No, this isn't the way. Stop, leave it alone, we'll take care of this.
Speaker 1:In front of me and Michelle, and we started to get these weird feelings of like, oh no, what if this woman is doing some shady stuff and possibly skimming off the top? But then we're like we are not going to project that we don't know, we're not getting in their business. That's not for us. But we felt highly uncomfortable and Michelle piped in and was like well, you know, the owner is just wanting to verify on this Venmo account the last four digits of the bank account. And she says that the checkbook is in the office that you're in and she said can you bring it out? And she went in, came out and said yeah, it's the same number. And I said I never gave you that number. And she looked at me with like fire in her eyes and I said I never gave you that number. And she looked at me with like fire in her eyes and I'm like oh, my God. And then none of this was directed at me. And then she calmed down and she's like, oh, I'm so excited to take your group out on Sunday or Saturday, it's going to be so great. And I'm like hell, no. On the inside I'm like nope, nope, nope, can't happen.
Speaker 1:So Michelle and I stepped out and Michelle said I've got a really bad feeling about her and I said I do too. What are we going to do? So there was these chairs outside, like maybe a hundred feet away, and we sat there underneath some shade and I went on their website and I saw that there was another guide, a man, and I'm like you know what? I'm not going to go back in the office because I don't want to have this confrontation. I'm going to call and speak to the owner and just be like we can't work with that woman, like we need to work with another guide. We've paid you $1,500. You know pretty much. We're going to be paying almost two grand for this experience for my retreat group and I want the right person, because I'm not going to let this person fuck it up person. Because I'm not going to let this person fuck it up, no. And so I called.
Speaker 1:It happened to be the guy that picked up and the owner was doing an energy healing session in her office and so I had to just tell her the truth. Now I was very tactful, very professional, but I told her. You know, even though the conversation wasn't directed at us, it made us highly, highly uncomfortable. Then the woman started to speak from ego, stating you know, even though the conversation wasn't directed at us, it made us highly, highly uncomfortable. Then the woman started to speak from ego, stating you know, I really care about her. You know, you frighten me being behind the desk, which I understood. But then she was like I was going to give her some supplements. She has cognitive issues.
Speaker 1:Really, we talked about this. You know, it frustrates me and, like I'm the best healer, I know where all the good spots are. I lead this, I have my own temple and I was like, nope, that was spirit showing me again you need to pivot, you need to listen to your gut feeling and you need to pivot. And I said I let her speak and I said I want a new guide. I didn't say yes, no, I'm sorry, whatever. I just said, I really want a new guide. And so, begrudgingly, she said yes, the other guide is available. And she's like I had been planning for this for six months and I'm sorry, I'm not going to let that happen. I have to protect my group. So it got worked out. The owner was supposed to call us but she didn't. But we came back often to downtown Shasta from the retreat house because it was only like 10 minutes away. But we were able to get a new guide. So we went to dinner.
Speaker 1:I had to calm down a lot because I was really upset about the whole situation because I was like, great, this is some shit show that's starting. And then we get to the retreat house. The retreat house is beautiful and I already had issues with the owner for months about payment and us renting the house quietly as she's getting some new permits and all this crap. I don't know, that's some shady stuff. But she made me bring like $1,500 cash to pay for the Airbnb for that weekend and at the very end she's like, oh, just pay me online. And I'm like, no, send someone for the money, because if I didn't bring the money she was going to cancel our reservation and so for you to pull this is not cool. Another thing I had to pivot, but I stood my ground. So she sent her housekeeper and she got it the woman from originally the Airbnb listing where we originally made the reservation, and then continued to keep the reservation despite her removing her listing from Airbnb, decided to remodel the house and did not tell me that the extra bedroom that she had she enclosed and converted to a bathroom.
Speaker 1:So I was like holy fuck, I'm short one room and people have paid for very specific room and bed layouts and I'm like fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck. So what she did is she moved a single bed into a room with a queen bed, so there were two beds in one room and a bathroom, and one lady had paid for a private room with her own bathroom. So I'm like, all right, we're going to have to do a switch and we're just going to have to deal with it. And so there was two older women that came together as friends and I put them in the room with the queen bed and the day bed because their bedroom got enclosed and so, as an upgrade, they got their own bathroom and they were beyond happy. They were so grateful. They were like, oh my gosh, thank you so much. And I said, well, this is what had to happen. And then the other woman still had her private room and she was really happy.
Speaker 1:The other thing about the house is the owner of the house marked there was air conditioning throughout the house but failed to tell me oh yeah, there's only air conditioning in half of the house and we enclosed our garage and built three bedrooms in there and there is no AC Now. Granted, this is Northern California, but it was hot, it was like 90 and it was kind of toasty in there. Obviously, it's still going to be cool and not muggy as it is in like Hellfire Florida where I'm at. But I was like fuck, you know, like I had to sleep in there. It's uncomfortable, it's dusty. The lady also has some mini spider problem and I was like, oh my God, but I was like just keeping it inside and everyone loved the decor and they loved being outdoors and everything, and they could see baby deer and rabbits, and so I was like, all right, well, everyone's chill with their stuff. I'm chill too. I will learn to be chill.
Speaker 1:The next thing the chef, who was supposed to be there by 2 pm on the day that the retreat starts so he could have ample time to get acclimated to the kitchen pots and pans, seasonings, all of that, like all the food prep put the food in the refrigerator, who asked us to come early and we asked special permission to come in early at two o'clock, did not show up till 4.30, even though he said he was on his way. And I was upset because he's like, oh, dinner's going to be late and he almost didn't make dessert, which we paid for, and I was like, uh-uh, no, it's not, you're going to get to cooking. And he had his assistant and they were cooking. But I was like this is not the way to start off this brand new relationship, because I would like to maybe do Shasta again, but I won't use you as my chef if you can't be professional. So I had to set some boundaries, I had to stand firm, I had to speak my truth, but I also had to go with the flow and everyone had snacks. We had late lunch and dinner was done on time and it was delicious and the attendees were so happy the whole weekend with the food. The quality of the food was incredible and he was more or less professional but still late most days.
Speaker 1:But we started off really well, great opening circle, went to bed and then oh, I forgot to tell you the best part of that first day prior to us getting to the Airbnb. We wanted to go to these caves to check them out, because I kept getting the hit of like you need to go check it out and see because it may not be the right fit to take people. And I was like you know what? You're right, I need to go and check these caves, make sure it's walkable, it's safe. And all of that Proceeded to go with Michelle and Sonia, and Sonia's very adventurous she's an avid hiker, michelle and I are not.
Speaker 1:And so we go 10 miles past the Airbnb that we rented for the retreat and off this desert road is this tiny sign called Pluto's Cave, and Pluto's Cave was supposedly this great place where you go and do meditation, these old, like millions of years old lava tube, because the mountain Mount Shasta used to be volcanic. And so we are like boom, boom, boom, off-roading and like super bumpy desert. And we pull into this parking area where there's like other vehicles and other people hiking. There's only one sign that says Pluto's cave open sunrise, sunset, like don't take things, don't litter, that's it. No marked pathways, no arrows, no, nothing. So there's like five different paths that you can take and we proceed to walk and what happens?
Speaker 1:We got lost in the desert for an hour In the middle of the day. I get lost in the desert with only my hot ass bottle of water, I am wearing the wrong freaking shoes and I am like, oh my God. So Sonia's like let me go on ahead, let me find a more open path and try to find some hikers to see where the caves are. And I'm like please go, because we heard mountain lions, I was scared of snakes, I was scared of scorpions and just dehydration. So Sonia walks up, then she calls me and thank God I had some kind of signal and I was trying to follow her voice. And she's like I found some hikers. The caves are up. This way I'll come back so you can see me and then cross and get on the path. So we did and we get there. Okay, youtube, youtube, people that film things. Please be honest about accessibility to things in nature. Every single YouTube video that I have found on Pluto's cave did not show that the caves are 10 feet down a very dangerous boulder climb Like it's not a straight from the path.
Speaker 1:Walk into the cave, as it looked online. You have to like climb down these rocks which are not scalable, and you have to be pretty fit, agile and flexible and not be afraid. And then inside of the cave is full of graffiti, bat, shit, snakes, scorpions and like human excrement and trash. And I was like, oh my God. So Sonia climbed down, walked in both the caves and she's like this is not a great place. She goes, we should not go here. And I'm like, okay, done deal, we're going to go to Panthers Meadow, which is where I really wanted to go. Okay, done, deal, we're going to go to Panthers Meadow, which is where I really wanted to go. So I ended up getting my first initial sunburn of the weekend, so let's just say the foundational sunburn, and then everything else happened. So onto the second day, we all get up, we do breakfast, there was morning yoga, I did a little bit of social media filming and then we packed the coolers, packed the trucks, like, packed our vehicles and we went off to Panthers Meadow.
Speaker 1:And let me tell you, friday, the first day out in nature, it was incredible. The night before there had been this powerful, loud thunderstorm and rain and it cooled off the weather and it was absolutely stunning, like sound of music, julie Andrews singing Panther Meadows if you've ever been to Shasta and you know it, then you know the magic that I speak of. You can't actually get on the grass or touch the plants or take anything. There is a walk pathway that you walk on, but, like the springs and the waters and the sounds and the birds and just everything is absolutely powerful and unreal. So we're walking, we do a prayer. Someone had told us to go to these springs. We didn't actually go to that spring, we went to another spring, but it was so beyond beautiful.
Speaker 1:We did ceremony out there. It was thundering and no heavy rain, but it was thundering and I was drumming and my co-host was rattling and I started a channel sing and the women had their feet in the water and it was healing and cool and they were dancing and there were people far away watching us. But I was blasting on that drum and I was singing my heart out and I mean you just felt this huge wave of transformational energy just wash over every single person and they were just so taken aback, as well as myself. So we were just like, yeah, this is gorgeous. So we get down from that part of the mountain and we go to this beautiful community meditation garden where we did a silent walk for 30 minutes just meditating, integrating the ceremony we just had, incredibly beautiful. Then, across from there, we went to a city park where they had the headwaters of the Sacramento River and we ate our picnic lunch and enjoyed being under the beautiful ponderosas and redwood trees. And you know, it was very profound for me and it was a long day. You know, I had gotten up, I was on the mountain, I had done ceremony holding space. I had gotten up, I was on the mountain, I had done ceremony holding space, packing, lifting. I had been up since like 5.30 that morning. And so then we went to downtown and did some more shopping. I bought some more crystals, confirmed everything with the tour people that we had a different tour guide and we came back ate dinner, did sound healing yoga. It was a beautiful day. Everyone was so happy, we all knocked out.
Speaker 1:Then the next day we had to get up super early because that was our seven-hour hike day. So once again packed the coolers, packed, everything, went to downtown, met our amazing guide, dan, in the office. Let me tell you Dan is very, very handsome and the women were very, very happy that we changed guides because Dan looks like Patrick Swayze in that very amazing balance of masculine and feminine. He's been a guide for close to 30 years, written so many books. Just this super beautiful, safe energy. And, oh my God.
Speaker 1:We went to so many incredible places, had such powerful ceremony. He even gave us extra time. He pulled oracle cards for all of us, for our spirit animals and for us to reflect on that message and beautiful, and we even extended past seven hours. We started at 11 and we went all the way until 7.30 at night. Of course we stopped and ate lunch, but towards the end I really wanted to have this powerful connection to Talos.
Speaker 1:I wanted to do this Ascension ceremony, this meditation. I wanted to journey on the ground like my ancestors did, and we did that and I was so grateful to the group to be open to it because they were in it. They were all having beautiful experiences at you know, castle Lake and Lake Siskiyou and all these beautiful stones and rocks and formations and Ascension Rock and all of these amazing places, and I was having those experiences too. But I was also like I really want to see if I can connect to Lemuria. I really want to see if I can feel galactic energy. I really want to see if I can feel, galactic energy Are aliens real Well, we went to Ascension Rock and did a beautiful violet flame healing with St Germain and I had this vision of this beautiful I think was Arcturian alien being appeared to me which could have been me, as, like my highest self, you know, I mean I'm probably alien.
Speaker 1:Who knows the Akashic records know they were just like welcome, naomi, you know, awaken your gifts. And I just started to cry and shared my experience. And then he took us to this portal, one of the many portals on Shasta, to connect to the gates of Talos. Well, we laid on the ground. It was starting to go down in sun, go down in temperature. I had a sunburn, second one, and I was wearing a tank top that day because I get hot and I started to get a little cold. I was laying on a towel on the ground and this big crop circle opening deep on the mountain. And we started to do the visualization and I got to the point, to the crystal gate, and then all I could see was dark, blue and four hooded, very fuzzy shadow figures come. Couldn't see any faces, bodies, but they were very tall. Come and gently, place their hands on me. I kid you not, because 12 women were there and they all witnessed it.
Speaker 1:I started to have this profound physical reaction to the energy of the land. I started to breathe really heavy, not hyperventilating, but like active kundalini awakening, breathing and shaking, almost like convulsing on the ground, not violently again, but enough that I was not in control and I could feel like my whole body, my whole DNA, becoming recalibrated and I could just only see color. And it's the first time I've ever done a meditation, a journey, where I'm not doing breath work and I don't see images. I don't see things I don't, you know, get messages. I am just like my body's receiving, transmitting something, something is flowing through me and at the end of the meditation, dan's calling us all back and I can't stop. You know he's calling us back.
Speaker 1:The way that we came back to that clearing, back to the ground, back to the present. And when I opened my eyes, I could barely open my eyes. All I could see was color and everything looked like you had taken four edibles. Okay, it was like super cartoony colorful little tiny gnats sounded like giant bat wings in my ear. I could hear my blood pulsing throughout my whole body. Sounds were strange and I just started to see auric fields and just everything, every living thing. We were surrounded by trees and all of their auric fields, people's auric fields, and I had never seen that before. And I'm like, oh my God, something's happened to me and I was like freaking out. I turned away from everybody because I had this wild woman look and I could barely move. It was so painful to move my legs and my arms as if, like being back on that ground, like almost on the earth, was just so hard on my body and someone had to help me walk up.
Speaker 1:I was like old lady shuffling up the hill back to the truck and I kept thinking how am I gonna drive back? How am I going to drive back? How am I going to get off this mountain, get on the interstate and drive to the retreat house, because we are 20 minutes away. Well, dan comes over and he holds my hands and he's like how are you feeling? And I'm like, honestly, dan, I don't know. And then he said, may I hug you? And he hugged me and he could feel me shaking and then, when he hugged me, his energy came into my body and super, dropped me back down, grounded me, and then he started shaking, as if he took on this energy, this frequency, this transmission that was still happening in my body that I couldn't turn off. And then I just had this surge of energy that lasted for three days, couldn't sleep, barely ate. I was just going, going and just feeling so open, connected. Well, that was the last night of our retreat. Our retreat was short and we did this closing ceremony, cacao sharing, and then the next day we all actually ended with this impromptu sound bath at this alchemy bowl place in downtown Shasta.
Speaker 1:And then I headed back to Florida and I was still in this energy where I was like I can see auric fields, I can hear things, you know, I can feel things. And I had been holding a fire and ice crystal and a lumarian crystal as well that I had bought that day at, or the day before at, a crystal shop, and it was so powerful, like that was my galactic experience and I'm like something is happening. I don't understand. When I got back to Florida I saw my friend Lonnie. I said I need some body work, some energy integration, because I don't know what's happening. And she's a powerful intuitive and she checked in and she's like no, you're being unlocked Ancient, ancient code. She's like your entire DNA is being recalibrated. You're in the next step of big time physical evolution and I was like cool, cool, cool, cool, cool.
Speaker 1:So when I got back from Shasta, it was July 28th. I was actually leaving for San Diego for like a mini vacation on August 1st. So I just kind of chilled, worked one day in the office, kind of grounded, got my stuff together and then I went to San Diego. So I'm going to stop telling my story here, but I just want to say that I'm grateful for Shasta, because not only was I just telling you, like all of the experiences, but all of these women age 28 to age 70 came here and showed up. They were doing the work, they were open, they were honest, they were so in the medicine, the energy was so incredibly beautiful that, no matter what other bullshit happened and however we had to adapt, they were just flowing with it and it was a lesson for me in letting go and I was so grateful to hold them and to also be held by Dan and my co-host and I shared our thoughts and feelings after the retreat things we would do differently, but things that we had to learn that were powerful lessons out there. Dan taught us so many beautiful practices and rituals of honoring the land, communing with trees, communing with the rocks, communing with the earth, with water, that I will always carry with me and continue to practice. In fact, these ladies loved it so much they begged us. Please do a Mount Shasta 2 next year. Return to the mountain, extra days, bigger group, more sites. So I guess that's what we're doing, and now that I'm back from San Diego, in between England, I'm going to try to plan some of it out with my co-host Victoria, to try to plan some of it out with my co-host Victoria.
Speaker 1:But Shasta really opened me up in ways that are still revealing themselves for sure Now. I grounded, came down because Florida's energy is not in alignment with my soul, it's not in alignment with my body, it's not in alignment with the frequency. Florida is very, very low vibrational dense energy, at least for me, that's what I feel on a deeper level, especially where I'm at, it's not good energy. There's a lot of darkness here and being in my own home, where there's a lot of heaviness and darkness too, immediately when I walk in the house I had feelings of anxiety, of just whirlwind trying to calm down. But you know. So I grounded and I no longer see the auric fields. But it doesn't mean that I can't be activated like that, because in my part two in San Diego I kind of have a mini Shasta experience at a sound bath.
Speaker 1:But I just wanted to give you guys the download about Shasta, about what Spirit was showing me, how important it is for me to continue to do my card reading, to meditate, to reflect and to prepare, and how I use AI as a tool, but not as my 100% intuition, of course not. But I was grateful that I allowed myself to go in prepared with eyes wide open, to shift and to allow myself to flow and to allow my co-host to take the lead in things. And man, she super powerfully showed up in circles and she super powerfully showed up in beautiful, divine, feminine way. Because I'm a very fiery person, I can be feminine as well and I am. I said, because I'm a very fiery person, I can be feminine as well and I am. I said, but I'm a fiery healer, I'm a direct, straight to the point, transformational healer. That's who I am, I own that shit. And she's this beautiful, soft, flowing, watery of a person that's soft and people can just melt into her and she's a mother as well. I'm not a mom, you know, but I try my best to nurture people to the best of my ability, without compromising myself.
Speaker 1:But I just wanted to share that part one of Mount Shasta and that retreat, and I will record part two, san Diego, and the continuation of Mercury Retrograde and the continuation of my integration from Shasta and what lessons I've learned and how I'm making some instant pivots as soon as I'm back from Lakeland. And now I know where I am supposed to move next year, which is really exciting. So stay tuned for part two. It's coming a little later this week, but I just want you to know you are an amazing soul, that you have a plan and purpose and there is a reason for you to have incarnated here in this lifetime. Believe in yourself, keep doing the work, and I'm here for you. I'm here to support you along your path, along your journey, and I'm doing the work here with you, you know, and you are not alone. Okay, until we meet again, be well, sat Nam, friend.
