I love your podcast! You are a gifted teacher/preacher, and I share these episodes often. I am very eager for your new church plant because I have a nephew who lives in the Baltimore area, and I would love to recommend your church to him. Plus, my daughter is very close to her cousin and has talked about moving to Maryland after she finishes grad school. Both of them have walked away from the Lord and it breaks my heart, so I don’t even know if they would even take my advice and go to church anywhere. My daughter, especially, has become fully indoctrinated with the philosophy of the world (pro abortion, pro LGBTQ, pro promiscuity, pro DEI, anti Bible, anti God, uses Jesus Christ as an exclamation or a punch line). I have committed to fasting and praying for her every Wednesday until she comes home. In the meantime, I want to support your family and ministry and pray that you are able to reach many like her. I love it when you have friendly debates or discussions with people who disagree with you. Your approach is so kind and thoughtful without being weak or compromising. I love the witness of faith and trust in God’s sovereignty that you and your wife display. Thank you for all you are doing for the kingdom. And try to get your brother on more episodes again. I did a comment on your latest episode. I am sending you a screenshot. It is about Yahweh not being called God in OT (I agree) but not sure why the NT refers to Him as God or are there older manuscripts that were written in true Jewish culture and language like Eusebius refers to Matthew's book as written in his mother tongue. 🤔

love B&B podcast! Discovered it after being in a CFBU bookclub led by Brandon... I just wanted to ask- so Darren is a dog groomer?! That's so cool. I graduated from grooming school in 2015 and have been grooming ever since! I opened my own home based business 2 years ago where I work part time. I also grew up on a farm and worked at a vet so I have experience with a lot of different animals. Love it because I work part time from home to have more time with my husband and kids! So the pet grooming industry attracts a lot of liberals, I feel a little out of place often as a conservative Christian...so I'm curious if y'all have any comment on that.
