Kristina Butler, MSHRD, PHR, SHRM-CP is a DEI practitioner and podcaster who is passionate about supporting moms in their career and life journeys. 

She spent several years in the financial services industry before taking the leap from corporate HR to the non-profit sector to more closely impact her community. She volunteers for a local domestic violence program and still lends her years of HR experience to support others.

She has raised two amazing daughters while playing an integral role in the care of her mother and late father until his passing. She is compassionate and listens without judgement to the stories of fellow mothers who are simply trying to define what balance means to them while achieving their goals. 

Born and raised in Queens, NY she has some interesting life stories to share and often tells of her amazing time in boarding school which comes as a surprise to many.
