This podcast is created for women struggling to lose weight and having difficulty finding ways to incorporate healthy lifestyle habits into their daily routine. Using a holistic mindful approach, I will share timed eating, nutrition, physical activity, mindfulness and financial methods that I’ve incorporated in my personal life to begin healing my body, mind, and finances from within while enjoying life, balancing family, work, and personal relationships. You will also hear about the struggles with body image, negative self-talk, battles with the scale and more. Listen as my guest and I talk about the reasons why you should not wait until Monday to reset and get back on track.
