Andrei Marcu (Bar Manager)- Hailing from Bucharest, he came to London via the bright lights of Birmingham and joined Coupette in 2019. Andrei, a Michelin trained chef and award-winning bartender, counts cooking as one of his great passions, and loves to bring his skills in marrying flavours to the drinks he creates. His love and passion for spirits brought him here today.

Tiago Vasconcelos(Head Bartender)- From the growing up in the sultry city of Lisbon to Amsterdam where, as Head Bartender at Door 74 he won numerous awards, in 2017 Tiago found the draw of London too strong to resist.⁠He first bartended his way into Blind Pig where under his lead the team placed in the Top 4 Best Restaurant Bars at Tales of The Cocktail in 2017. Tiago then spent some time in Shanghai before moving onto Adam's Handling Ironstag and Eve Bar.⁠Unfortunately, none of these experiences made him feel truly accomplished... that is, until he joined Coupette.
