Tiago Vasconcelos(Head Bartender)- From the growing up in the sultry city of Lisbon to Amsterdam where, as Head Bartender at Door 74 he won numerous awards, in 2017 Tiago found the draw of London too strong to resist.He first bartended his way into Blind Pig where under his lead the team placed in the Top 4 Best Restaurant Bars at Tales of The Cocktail in 2017. Tiago then spent some time in Shanghai before moving onto Adam's Handling Ironstag and Eve Bar.Unfortunately, none of these experiences made him feel truly accomplished... that is, until he joined Coupette.
