A Game of a Second
In the grand tapestry of existence, spiritual efforts often hinge on a single second—the moment of choice. Within that fleeting time frame, we decide what to hold onto and what to release. Do we cling to reality or surrender to the ever-changing story?
Hello and welcome. Today, let us experiment with the theme game of a second. If we really look at spiritual efforts, it’s all about a second.
What do I choose to hold on to? What do I choose to remember? In this second? What do I choose to let go? What do I choose to forget In this second?
Do I choose the reality? Or do I choose the story? And so really, there is I, the being, the soul, the eternal being, on the spiritual journey through time. On one side is the whole dimension of truth, where the soul experiences eternity. The soul experiences company of the divine.
The soul experiences all the noble thoughts, thoughts that are rooted, based in belonging, in love, in silence. That's the dimension of truth. And on the other side is the dimension of the story. The story is unpredictable. The story is changing.
Thinking too much about the story will create thoughts of insecurity, fear, anxiety, and etcetera. And so, as we are living in this journey of life, as we souls come into interaction with this story dimension, the real game is oaths of a second. In a second, do I choose to hold on to the reality? Or do I choose to give life to the story? It's in my hands.
What do I choose to invest in? What do I choose to give life to? If I give life to the story, then I get trapped in the bondage of the story. And then, you know the questions, why? What, how, when?
If I choose to invest into the reality, if I choose to hold on to the reality, then automatically thoughts of love, happiness, belonging. It's as if the soul is on of light. So on one side is the dimension of story, with all the questions and uncertainties and insecurities. And on the other side is the dimension of truth, with the security, belonging, and love.
And so, in a second, either the story pulls me and either I'm pulled by the truth, it's either or. And many times, if we see, if we retrospect, we'll realize that often, if we have gone into expansion of something way so negative, it begins with just one thought. And in that one thought, the attention has been pulled from the dimension of reality into the story. And that one thought then leads to many other thoughts. Until the soul gets drained out and depleted of the energy.
And then the soul realizes it's fake. And so it's much like driving. When I drive, I am aware of the surroundings, but my attention is on the road. My attention is not on the side seams, although I am aware of where I'm driving, I'm aware of the side scenes, but my attention is on the road, in a second. If my attention goes away from the road onto the side seats, then there is a chance of an accident.
So it's all about a second. What do I choose in this second? And a very easy way to really always stay in this dimension of truth is to, you know, just. Just check every thought that comes. And I just take a step back a second and ask myself, is this thought emerging from the dimension of story or is it rooted in the dimension of reality, dimension of truth?
And so if it is stemming from the dimension of story, I just choose to observe and enjoy, but not dig deep into it, not ask the question, why? What? I don't analyze it too much because doing that will drain the energy of the soul. And so this is really the game of spiritual efforts, the game of remembering and forgetting, the game of being aware or not being aware. So let us experiment and experience for a few minutes as we step back.
And on this journey of life, I, the being, I am aware of the various sight scenes that life presents me with the various characters, roles, props in the story of life.
I feel I am on this journey, this eternal journey.
And everything that comes and goes, everything that is temporary, everything that has a name, has a form, actually belongs to the dimension of the story.
It does not belong to me.
And so let me choose to let go all the influences of these details of the story on my mind.
As I drop the story and I become aware of the dimension of truth, dimension of complete security, where there is nothing to lose, where the soul has no needs, no desires, the soul experiences a deep inner silence and a deep inner contentment.
Dimension of truth.
It's the presence of eternal beings.
In this dimension of truth, there is no effort, just a pure experience of light.
This dimension, I realize the truth.
I open my real eyes to see, experience the truth.
I become aware of the presence of the source, the divine.
I realize that the utmost happiness comes by resting my mind on the divine.
And everything else that pulls my attention away from the divine is a part of the story that does not matter.
I choose to let go of everything else and completely become present, to absorb God's love, the source, the divine, is the only one who knows me, who knows my story and who loves me.
Without the backdrop of the story, God’s love is real.
God's love is unconditional.
In this game, I know that the divine, the source, is by my side.
I simply allow myself to be held in God's light, to be held in God's love, to be held in gods of silence.
I have come I have stepped into the light.
This is my life. The life of the soul in the company of the divine and this beautiful family of stars.
Nothing else exists.
Nothing else is real.
Story down below is just a game.
As long as I am here, held in this dimension of truth, there is no room for any illusion to step in.
Completely safe, completely secure.
Spend this time being myself, held in Grunt’s light, naturally experiencing the reality.
And even as I come back into the story to play the game of life, I realize that it’s all about a second.
In a second am aware of my truth.
It fills me with a deep sense of inner security and it allows me to play the game of life.
The deep sense of love, respect and happiness.
Thank you.
