Question-Free Mind
In this episode we will explore the deep peace of a contended mind that knows the eternal perfection of every being of light and behind every scene, therefore having no resistance to the flow of life.
Hello and welcome. Today let us experiment with the theme question free mind. Question free mind. Many times we feel that the mind goes into questioning, questioning the scenes, the events of life that have happened, questions about the past, questions about the future. This questioning mind is more like a critical mindset, where there is always this inner commentary or inner chatter going on about everything that is happening outside.
And this question in mind somewhere comes from a sense of discontentment, a sense of non-acceptance, or a sense of resistance to the flow of life. The moment I resist, I feel I am not content with what is in front of me, what is around me. Then discontentment arises and a questioning mind begins to question everything. And then the soul loses its sense of peace, its sense of inner calm. And that’s where the happiness disappears.
And we feel as if the mood switches off. Sometimes it’s on, but sometimes it goes off. And so when we realize that we are spiritual beings, we are on a journey of life. When we are able to see behind the scenes, when we are able to see what is unseen, we are able to connect to the invisible dimension, then we realize that whatever is happening, it’s happening because of a reason. And we are able to see the larger perspective.
And so then this critical mindset disappears. There are no desires, not even subtle desires. And then the mind feels very content. And then the thought process is that everything is right, everything is good. Whatever is happening, whoever we are interacting with, everyone is good.
It's suddenly we have disconnected from the role space, where we can think about how to make the role better and constantly think about it. Versus the soul space, where we realize that we're all eternal, we are all pure, we’re all noble, and there's nothing lacking in the soul dimension. And the more I spend time in the soul dimension, the more the sense of being at peace, being content, naturally emerges. And then, even whilst coming onto the field of action, the sense of peace and inner calm and contentment stays in an emerged form. And when it stays in an emerged form, then the critical mindset automatically begins to fade away.
And no longer have I questioned everything. But there is a sense of giving respect to everyone around me, a sense of acceptance, a sense of belonging, love. They naturally emerge. There is no resistance at all to the flow of life. And so a question free mind stays naturally free, naturally beyond.
And for that mind, the reality of the soul is of paramount importance. That mind always engages in what is benevolent, what is real, what is novel. So let us take a few minutes and experience a question free mind.
As we all sit comfortably and relax ourselves we realize that all questions are noises in the mind.
This critical thinking arises because of a sense of resisting the flow of life.
Let me take this moment to come back to my reality of being this beautiful inner light behind the mask.
The mask of the role that carries with itself imperfections, insecurities, all the labels.
And so I take this time to peel off the mask of the role.
And coming back to the reality of the soul.
I, the being, the inner being.
Who belongs to the dimension beyond this realization that the real world is temporary?
We need to fix something in the real world.
And that's why we think or question our soul dimension. Where we exist as perfect beings.
There is no vibration of need. There is no vibration of desire. There is no vibration of being discontent.
This is the dimension of light.
Our eternal home of silence.
This is our dimension backstage.
Where we souls live in eternal bliss.
As tiny beings of light.
Without any mask, without any task. Just being ourselves. Naturally, as we open up to the presence of the source, the divine.
The one whose mind is filled with deep silence.
One who knows eternity?
I connect, I feel a sense of deep contentment.
In belonging to the one story world can rest. I put a pause on the story world for some time. As if it does not exist.
There is no need to think. There is no need to question.
As I stop the story world.
I play with happiness.
In the eternal silence of belonging to the one.
I experience this deep inner relationship with the divine.
I experience the presence of the divine.
Everything else fades away.
Giving way to this most beautiful experience of being with the one.
Without any conditions, without any expectations.
The love of the one accepts me as I am, makes me whole.
As if I begin to see eternal perfection.
The eternal perfection behind every scene, behind everyone.
I feel connected to my inner roots of belonging, to my eternal family.
My vision automatically falls on the tiny beams of light. Nothing else.
My mind is filled with feelings of inner joy, happiness.
As I feel a sense of belonging.
The mind is free of any question.
No question makes an impression on the mind.
Mind naturally experiences deep inner contentment.
As I spend some more time being here in my inner sanctuary of peace.
Completely safe, completely secure.
And watching the game of life from a distance as an entertainment.
Life is to be taken as a game to enjoy.
As I come back.
Come back into the dimension of action.
I carry within me these feelings, these realizations.
My mind begins to only focus on what is good, what is benevolent.
Focuses only on everyone's innocence, purity, goodness.
It sees the perfection behind every scene of life.
And it naturally shares God’s love, God’s peace, God’s happiness.
In every interaction.
I carry this question free mind with me throughout the day. Accepting with joy everyone.
Everything open. Shanti. Thank you.
