Zaran the Gardener, planting seeds of & nourishing our Soul with mindfulness
Aka, "Our Practice: Sharing" is a Returning to our Senses, Why? Who we are, forgotten, taken for granted, most likely, this describes all of us, then Remembering is important, which will lead us to realize how very much more similar we are than we usually think... Got around fifteen minutes, Let me help plant some seeds in your Soul. Mindfulness results from widening one's perspective in meaningful ways. It is more than just using meditation as a tool, it is how you use it that opens the doors. Usually, fellow practitioners don't talk about this or they cover it scantily as it takes a deep dive of investigating our Selves and gets personal real quick. Depth is how we learn to distinguish our foundation, sure we might stumble or step on some toes, yet, honesty & authenticity is what acts as our springboard to Success. Open mindedness is an important key.
My goal is yours, to improve in a soulful, harmonious manner. Simple experiences can lead to natural, easy ways to greater self awareness and clarity. There is no mystical or religious tone here, just accumulated scientific wisdom. Don't think that your possibilities are limited from the outside, it is more "our selves thinking" that limit whom we are. Change, as in "all of the Universe" constantly shifting, is actually part of our gift as it is always nudging us, jostling us to respond or react, bingo, that is whom we are, whom we are.... now. If you are as tired of failure as I have been, if you want to change your Life in positive ways without mumbo jumbo, if you are disappointed when help starts asking for money, and if you are ready to commit (not to me), but to your Self, to your Practice, then welcome aboard. If not, we are always here.
The cost is still considerable, not in currency, it is in your commitment of time, I don't take it lightly, 15 minutes of formal mediation is a lot, begun best at the beginning of one's day (better to benefit you), we accept all forms of excuses when you can't, but understand, it is "practice" that actually helps one improve. Even if you can make 5 minutes that will do to start. What this means is "you" are beginning to develop "whom you want to be" in your practice sessions. If you are not there or not being attentive, or not committing, then how can you expect to proceed and succeed? Many live and die, never to know what it means to be fully alive, never appreciating the simple gift of life we have been given.

How well does one See... with one's greatest fervor!
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
We may not even know the answer,
it wouldn't surprise me,
because we so often take for granted that which we are.
Time's passage so slow in the sense of moment by moment transition
it's monotonous and ignored, we're looking for action, it's in our DNA, it's a reflective mechanism of "be-ing aware!"
We need, but remember,
to begin to un-wind and re-groove our be-ings, our individuality, our uniqueness in better ways.
practice wholesomeness, be-ing whole
Our Goal, finding awe, while feeling one's Self aglow
Our mission, helping others and self to grow

I see, I see, I see. Sometimes I see better than other times. I think this is the stew we all find ourselves in. We are oscillating. All we need do is allow life to be a lesson, not reluctantly, with one's greatest fervor, one's greatest attention, one's most awareness of what is it we are all streaming towards as we flow through life. Self-awareness. Know thyself. To thine own self be true. Illuminate oneself, realize oneself, revelation. These are the goals. Let life be a lesson, not reluctantly, but with one's greatest fervor, seeking out, searching out to grow. When one finds a passageway that feels dis-ease, pause, allowing oneself to grow in a new way. Raise your eyes in a sense of gaining perspective, a sense of growing, an experience, of creating positive opportunity from one's experiences, not reluctantly, with one's greatest fervor. We are bundles of miracles which make our own way. Positive negative, neutral. This is our definition in some sense. It is one of these three choices. Which are we choosing in every moment as the moments of a day flow by? What is our choice? Right now. Being inquisitive, being thoughtful, having a bent towards being positive. Feeling oneself inside, feeling one's warmth emanating. Easy to do. Remembering one's pulse, one's breathing. Again, easy to do. With a little bit of practice, one can begin to be more conscious of one's vibration, of one's whole being shimmering with a majestic, ecstatic nature to it. Called life. It is the energy of our being shimmering in the background. All the time, incessantly. It is why we are unaware of it, usually, because it's always occurring until it's not. Being aware. Let life be a lesson, not reluctantly, with one's greatest fervor. Remembering positivity in our sense of wanting to grow our experience in a positive way, planting seeds, ideas, virtues into the garden of our souls, growing habits through practice. We are always thinking, adding moment's passage, one after another, in one's life with every day. Opportunity has grown. Keeping oneself aware of the oscillation of all being, witnessing and knowing. Things rise and subside again. It is the nature of everything. Being kind and understanding. This is virtuosity's purpose. Nothing exists without purpose. It exists because it fills a vacuum, fills a space, a need. And it has consequences, of course. The consequences are allowing us and helping us to be more receptive, sensitive, perceptive, have a greater perspective in living our moment by moment, comma, our life through our day. This is the long and short of it. The trails are too many to fully comprehend. More easily for us is our trail of evolution, our flowing changing nature, our physicality, our DNA. This is relatively, again, something we can think about, like our pulse or our heat or our breathing or our shimmering. It's more in the line of the way we view things, think about things, see things, understand things. So we have a tool to remember, it is a way of focusing, of helping one concentrate. When one goes through an initial practice, gaining a foothold in one's ability to concentrate and focus. Physicality is a wonderful tool. One's warmth, am I feeling? One's breath, am I following? Playing. One's pulse, am I aware of? Am I deepening? One shimmers. Have I arrived? Am I here? Growing, flowing with awareness, glowing with all kinds of energy, shining, illuminating one's be-ing, one's heart, one's soul, floating in an endless, energetic sea , being here, present. We are bundles of miracles and humbled by the immensity of what we are witnessing now in all the directions of time and space, of existence, of what it has meant to be from the beginning fourteen billion plus years ago to today, this short phrase which represents an immense amount of time beyond conception, and the distances in space the same, being here now, bundles of miracles within the context of all of this, each of us, our DNA, our be-ings, the time we spend growing, thankful, humble, aware. The music lingers for another minute considering these things is mindful meditation in practice, more better. namaste
