Zaran the Gardener, planting seeds of & nourishing our Soul with mindfulness
Aka, "Our Practice: Sharing" is a Returning to our Senses, Why? Who we are, forgotten, taken for granted, most likely, this describes all of us, then Remembering is important, which will lead us to realize how very much more similar we are than we usually think... Got around fifteen minutes, Let me help plant some seeds in your Soul. Mindfulness results from widening one's perspective in meaningful ways. It is more than just using meditation as a tool, it is how you use it that opens the doors. Usually, fellow practitioners don't talk about this or they cover it scantily as it takes a deep dive of investigating our Selves and gets personal real quick. Depth is how we learn to distinguish our foundation, sure we might stumble or step on some toes, yet, honesty & authenticity is what acts as our springboard to Success. Open mindedness is an important key.
My goal is yours, to improve in a soulful, harmonious manner. Simple experiences can lead to natural, easy ways to greater self awareness and clarity. There is no mystical or religious tone here, just accumulated scientific wisdom. Don't think that your possibilities are limited from the outside, it is more "our selves thinking" that limit whom we are. Change, as in "all of the Universe" constantly shifting, is actually part of our gift as it is always nudging us, jostling us to respond or react, bingo, that is whom we are, whom we are.... now. If you are as tired of failure as I have been, if you want to change your Life in positive ways without mumbo jumbo, if you are disappointed when help starts asking for money, and if you are ready to commit (not to me), but to your Self, to your Practice, then welcome aboard. If not, we are always here.
The cost is still considerable, not in currency, it is in your commitment of time, I don't take it lightly, 15 minutes of formal mediation is a lot, begun best at the beginning of one's day (better to benefit you), we accept all forms of excuses when you can't, but understand, it is "practice" that actually helps one improve. Even if you can make 5 minutes that will do to start. What this means is "you" are beginning to develop "whom you want to be" in your practice sessions. If you are not there or not being attentive, or not committing, then how can you expect to proceed and succeed? Many live and die, never to know what it means to be fully alive, never appreciating the simple gift of life we have been given.

it is not outside or anywhere else where one doesn't have immediate access to - yet, one must develop a sensitivity to one Self.

Good morning. I see all good people. Important. Please listen. We think of the phrase that I just said. We see all good people. We think in terms of our eyes, of our vision, of our looking and perceiving something else. In this case, we're being drawn to our attentions to think of people. And yet the vision that we have is the most superficial of views. We are looking upon the surface of a combination of events, is time and space, over literally hundreds of millions of years of this kind of experience. And we are the end result of this, in this place, in this time, in where and when. And yet, beneath every single atom in our bodies, every molecule, every cell, there is the energy representative. And so on and so forth, they build a human being. They are the core, the glue, everything, the recognition, the ether in between. Allowing oneself to feel deeply inside, following one's own heat, allowing oneself to visit the source of this warmth, one's portion of one's chest, one's heart. Allowing oneself to find a seat upon your own heart, visualizing with me a chair. It is a very small chair. And our energy is coalesced into the size that fits comfortably into this chair. Here we are, in our own heart, our own soul. It is this way. It is just the flick of a swish of wind. Shimmer, finding one's pulse, becoming aware of the mechanical action of our breathing in and out, up and down, sustaining a sense of focus, of concentration, rising in one's own awareness. Being present is what we're saying. This is present. It is as one feels in an eternal moment flowing. The moments are bridging with the energy of creation. Remembering what we've just said. Behind the end of one's nose, lies your face, one's eyes, one's ears. It is all energy here, yes? Didn't we? Agree without having to do it formally that / that's what we are. As you drill down deeper and deeper and deeper inside, what is it which will be found? It will be energy. Saying hello, becoming aware, allowing ourselves to be in a state of ease, calm, of tranquility, growing grace, of kindness, of compassion, of understanding, of a growing perspective in any and every way, just being here now, aware one's being in essence, floating like a cloud, in an equilibrium of sensations, tactile, spiritual, enveloped, immersed in an ether, an atmosphere, sustaining our being like we are always plugged in, which we are, remembering to share, to grow. We need this. Perhaps there is a flicker or a moment of wonder if what is being said is true. Think back. Think back inside of one's own self. When you were born, what was your size in comparison to that which you are calling yourself now? Much smaller, yes. And now taking this much smaller baby as it is arriving through your mom's womb back inside, back in time. This little baby we love began as just one cell, one sperm, one egg. Uniting it to create something new. This is still not the end of the journey because each of these constituent parts are what? Made of parts, made of compounds and elements and structures, mitochondria. And when one looks into each one of these parts of this already very small progression of depth, each of them in turn is made of energy. It is the shimmering majesty of being alive. It's pervasive throughout the atmosphere, of course, and beyond. For in each direction the telescope is pointed. Time and space, our universe is expanding, growing, changing. It is inconceivable in my mind, all that is occurring. And yet we each are a part. Each of us has a valuable, individual, unique role to play upon this earth, thinking about this as one is sitting in one's heart on a little chair, witnessing love, vitality, laden in the air, thinking about these things. If you find yourself unsettled and your mind roaming, relax. It's natural enough. It is a part of our own progression through time and space, evolution as an animal, for which, if we define it without thinking about different species, it is what we are. And if we think about this animal that was living not so long ago as equals or even inferiors to others evolving at the same instance in time. Sixty million years ago, it was the dinosaurs. We had to be multi-tasking, so keeping ourselves humble and aware, what we are thinking as Homo sapiens in the year 2026 is a reflection upon many memories shared by many generations of our own history, our DNA being the repository, the antenna of one's fate, of what has been, what has come before. And it is real, it is everything you and I are. We now, you and I now, in these moments, are adding to this. You can call it what you want. But that is what it is, evolution, moving inexhaustibly out, more complex, deeper, expanding, learning from what is the natural laws we have found and are finding, being open-minded, a witness, rather than a judge. Yet, it is okay to be this way because eventually we make decisions, and yet if we have within the context of our minds this expanded sense of perspective, widened perception, we understand better, more fully, what we are doing, what is going on in a greater environment of virtuous awareness. We are doing it with a greater degree of understanding because we are making this occur. Decisions arrive by reflection not impulse. It is not just something that's blowing in the wind, different energy. One is for one's life, oxygen, the processes of respiration and circulation and life energy itself, the other is ethereal, of whom we are in our minds, our spirits, our souls, our hearts. They are tied together, like one's DNA, but nonetheless unique and different in some sense.
SpeakerAnd Yes. There are as much as this, many different species and types of life that exist upon just this one world, with the singular circumstances of our Earth's position and all of its attributes. Our sun, the whole solar system, is an ecosystem. And I ask you with a sense of curiosity, if there is life upon the third planet of this solar system, which you and I think there is, we are. And when one has an infinite horizon stretching out in all directions, filled with more galaxies of stars, planets, asteroids in orbits around them, following the laws of our universe, of nature. Do you think perhaps some of these planets are in a similar trajectory circumstance as we? I think so. Anyway, the music's going to continue for another minute. Please take advantage of it and enjoy, ponder your being.
