Zaran the Gardener, planting seeds of & nourishing our Soul with mindfulness
Aka, "Our Practice: Sharing" is a Returning to our Senses, Why? Who we are, forgotten, taken for granted, most likely, this describes all of us, then Remembering is important, which will lead us to realize how very much more similar we are than we usually think... Got around fifteen minutes, Let me help plant some seeds in your Soul. Mindfulness results from widening one's perspective in meaningful ways. It is more than just using meditation as a tool, it is how you use it that opens the doors. Usually, fellow practitioners don't talk about this or they cover it scantily as it takes a deep dive of investigating our Selves and gets personal real quick. Depth is how we learn to distinguish our foundation, sure we might stumble or step on some toes, yet, honesty & authenticity is what acts as our springboard to Success. Open mindedness is an important key.
My goal is yours, to improve in a soulful, harmonious manner. Simple experiences can lead to natural, easy ways to greater self awareness and clarity. There is no mystical or religious tone here, just accumulated scientific wisdom. Don't think that your possibilities are limited from the outside, it is more "our selves thinking" that limit whom we are. Change, as in "all of the Universe" constantly shifting, is actually part of our gift as it is always nudging us, jostling us to respond or react, bingo, that is whom we are, whom we are.... now. If you are as tired of failure as I have been, if you want to change your Life in positive ways without mumbo jumbo, if you are disappointed when help starts asking for money, and if you are ready to commit (not to me), but to your Self, to your Practice, then welcome aboard. If not, we are always here.
The cost is still considerable, not in currency, it is in your commitment of time, I don't take it lightly, 15 minutes of formal mediation is a lot, begun best at the beginning of one's day (better to benefit you), we accept all forms of excuses when you can't, but understand, it is "practice" that actually helps one improve. Even if you can make 5 minutes that will do to start. What this means is "you" are beginning to develop "whom you want to be" in your practice sessions. If you are not there or not being attentive, or not committing, then how can you expect to proceed and succeed? Many live and die, never to know what it means to be fully alive, never appreciating the simple gift of life we have been given.

Congratulations. You have remembered to put your soul ahead of one's ego in these moments. This is what we're looking to do is find a deeper meaning, a greater significance to our physical presence in this universe. It's a long way of saying you just want to find one's soul, one's heart. Rather than being captured by the moment by moment fluctuations, changes found in physical reality. As every moment proceeds, the kaleidoscopic images of everything are changing. So inherently within this, it is easily, we are immersed in many decisions, and all of the consequences of being aware. Well, what do we do? Combine the two. Being here in this moment, present. That's what this means. Just we're here and we're focused on the same medium, which is this passing moment. We want to enter these moments as a witness, not as anything other than an observer, one without bias or judgment. Just being aware. This is being here now, being present as a witness. Being aware of a flowing sense of time, of being in an ever-changing physical space, oneself included, traveling both in space and in time. Simultaneously, they're related. Energy. And here we are, aware. What do we do with it? Well, we say thank you. We have the ability to think. We make ourselves this clear. We transcend our egotistical limitations and rise higher in the air, see clearer, allow the mists and the fogs to dissipate, fade. Because society has its own way, culture, religions have their own way of wanting to ask you to interpret their vision of the universe as they portray. As the fathers, forefathers, foremothers, mothers of all religions seem to find a sense of symbology in their founders and an anxiety to maintain a straight path of adherence to theirs and their alone principles. And yet the religions are all the same. For example, When you rise your perspective to three inches, you won't see very far. It's about the size of a small rubber bowl. If you put your head that low, you'll be like a serpent. If you raise your head three feet, then you will see more. If you raise it six feet, kind of an above average height or a little bit more, then your perspective has changed again. And if you raise it to 60 feet, then it will change again. And this is what we're doing here. Now, being aware of our perspective. This is success in itself. You need not go further than this. Maintaining a sense of equanimity, calm, peace, inviting the moment to come to you, meaning acceptance of what is to come. One is more receptive, one is becoming more sensitive, one is having the capacity and the potential to have a wider, deeper, broader perspective. Herein is a key. When one couples this desire, this effort, this practice, this building of new habits, coupled with a greater desire for virtuosity, for patience and kindness, for compassion, for empathy, for understanding, for generosity, for friendship. The recipe is laid out on one's table of life. One need to keep following and flowing in this direction. You will find your experiences to be more satisfying, failures less stressful, and you will find yourself evolving as a Homo sapien creature. And this is what we need to do. This is the role of evolution from the very simplest to increasing complexity. So here we are, sentient beings on this world, with all the capacities that we feel we share as mankind. That the beginning, of this Aquarian age. It is already, and taking for granted tens upon tens of thousands of years of growing pains, evolution, it is man's ability to review, remember what has occurred in our recent past. We might better understand, help guide our future. This is what we're talking about. So paying attention to one's physicality and being open-minded is the beginning. You want to incorporate other paths and keys and tools to help one's aspiration turn into a burning desire, a necessity, a need. This is what a habit is. I need to brush my teeth. I need to do my practice to energize my human battery, help it vibrate more smoothly, brighter, that we might shine with a greater sense of clarity, understanding, virtuosity, kindness, patience. You see? It is just as much for you and me as it is for anyone else around us. It is for the universe you are doing this too. We are here bundles of miracles. You might wonder, and that's okay. Just think of life beginning three billion years ago on this world. And knowing in this unbroken chain of physicality, you have arrived. Is this a bundle of miracles then? Of course. Humbled just in knowing this is enough. Thankful we have arrived. Capacity has been honed and shaped over millions of years. We can use our own tools to help propel ourselves further. One's focus and concentration, one's mindful meditation, one's practice is a way to facilitate this. This is why so many are interested in it. It is about being a functional human being, participating and adding to the efforts of mankind. Each of us has a responsibility. All of us are the stewards of our world. There are no free passes. The gift is life, the responsibility is living it. Where are you positioned? Are you in your ego or are you in your thought? Which do you find yourself in? Where do you want to go? Where do you want to follow? Where do you want to flow? This is the question. And your answer determines if you are a meditator or not. It is effort to do this. It is changing one's consciousness. It is increasing the bandwidth of one's energy. It is becoming more aware of what it is, of what it means. The day is positioned to be another gorgeous opportunity for us to be here now, humbled and thankful, appreciating everything we can, everything we make our intentions to be appreciative of, making little steps, furthering communications, deepening bonds, relationships, doing these things for oneself.
