Zaran the Gardener, planting seeds of & nourishing our Soul with mindfulness
Aka, "Our Practice: Sharing" is a Returning to our Senses, Why? Who we are, forgotten, taken for granted, most likely, this describes all of us, then Remembering is important, which will lead us to realize how very much more similar we are than we usually think... Got around fifteen minutes, Let me help plant some seeds in your Soul. Mindfulness results from widening one's perspective in meaningful ways. It is more than just using meditation as a tool, it is how you use it that opens the doors. Usually, fellow practitioners don't talk about this or they cover it scantily as it takes a deep dive of investigating our Selves and gets personal real quick. Depth is how we learn to distinguish our foundation, sure we might stumble or step on some toes, yet, honesty & authenticity is what acts as our springboard to Success. Open mindedness is an important key.
My goal is yours, to improve in a soulful, harmonious manner. Simple experiences can lead to natural, easy ways to greater self awareness and clarity. There is no mystical or religious tone here, just accumulated scientific wisdom. Don't think that your possibilities are limited from the outside, it is more "our selves thinking" that limit whom we are. Change, as in "all of the Universe" constantly shifting, is actually part of our gift as it is always nudging us, jostling us to respond or react, bingo, that is whom we are, whom we are.... now. If you are as tired of failure as I have been, if you want to change your Life in positive ways without mumbo jumbo, if you are disappointed when help starts asking for money, and if you are ready to commit (not to me), but to your Self, to your Practice, then welcome aboard. If not, we are always here.
The cost is still considerable, not in currency, it is in your commitment of time, I don't take it lightly, 15 minutes of formal mediation is a lot, begun best at the beginning of one's day (better to benefit you), we accept all forms of excuses when you can't, but understand, it is "practice" that actually helps one improve. Even if you can make 5 minutes that will do to start. What this means is "you" are beginning to develop "whom you want to be" in your practice sessions. If you are not there or not being attentive, or not committing, then how can you expect to proceed and succeed? Many live and die, never to know what it means to be fully alive, never appreciating the simple gift of life we have been given.

we are blind, Oh! Just open your Eyes
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
there is a real reason why these two sayings are so poignant,
enough so,
they have lasted thru thousands of years!
it is because they speak to the truth of one's "own" need to make these following inquiries to better learn about, so as to balance one's life.
Seek and yea shall find
Ask and it shall be given unto you
not my words, mankind's...
doing it, making the inquiry, is the beginning of a greater life, win depth of meaning
not, is in a sense a betrayal to one''s own potential.
How or why do I say this, Evolution says grow and become more, Evolution = Godliness
taking nothing for granted, even and especially, one's own birth, grow with awareness is the message of the Aquarian Age
Our Goal, finding awe, while feeling one's Self aglow
Our mission, helping others and self to grow

Good morning. We're relying upon our minds, our brains to orient ourselves in the morning when we awaken, whatever time of day that actually is. We rely upon this ability to think, to have a memory, to carry us forward. We can add another layer on top of this. It is maturation, wisdom, maturity. It is contemplation, mindful meditation. Whatever word one wants to utilize, the symbology is the same. One awakening themselves, one's spirit, one's heart, one's soul, one's everything, one's relationship to the universe. As when one drills down far enough, we are all the same. Finding within oneself a comfortable posture, undisturbed, reliant, open-minded, receptive. This is a good start. Finding oneself aware of one's heat, processing, spreading throughout one's body on a continuous basis through one's bloodstream, being warmed in the cavities of our chests, in our heart, in our lungs, being aware. Being aware of this pulsing crescendo, this cadence of life, being aware of oneself. This is our goal. To begin here in this fundamental location in oneself. This we have in common. We share. It is a good beginning for our conversation, for any conversation anywhere, being in awe, not only of one's own dynamism, also of our worlds, of our universe. This is a widening perspective we are sharing. Why is this fundamentally important? To come to a basis of understanding of the six questions to ask of any subject. What, when, where, who and why, how. To ask these questions and to solicit from one's own soul, one's own capability is a means of furthering an understanding, of learning, of educating, of creating energy, having paid attention to these questions and their answers. This is mindful meditation. It need not be complicated or difficult because it is natural. It is what we have been doing since man has been called man. Homo sapiens. We are bundles of miracles. And it has taken billions of years to reach this point in evolution that we're sharing right now. Allowing one's hands to raise by your shoulders. So taking your elbows and bending them and allowing one's hands to be flat, wide open, towards the ceiling or towards the sky. And feeling all of this in your different joints, in your different places. In your wrists, of course, because your fingers are bent back, one's palms are open as if you were going to hold raindrops there in a little puddle. One's elbows are facing down, one shoulders and one's upper arms close to the sides of one's chest. And here we are, feeling the pull of gravity pulling us down. Energies working simultaneously upon us. Relax your hands down to an unconscious state. Autotonic, automatic, and yet they need not be. It is always good sometimes to remember one's beginning, one's fundamentals. We are doing here. Why? To find a base where one can be relaxed, at ease, tranquil, at peace. In this environment, this envelope of serenity, allowing oneself to visualize your heart with an orangey red glow. And understanding that this is for real. Yes, we are visualizing this, and yet, if one were to take a thermal camera and point it at yourself, it would be like this. Being here now, helping and allowing, being sensitive and receptive to one's changing circumstances, allowing this visualization to grow. It is outside of one's body already, the energy exposed to the air. You feel it on your skin's surface, yes. If there's a breeze or you feel a difference in temperature, warmer or cooler, allowing oneself to be aware. It is simple. Making an effort requires energy. So there is a cost as well as a benefit. You have both. It is always this way. There is always a left and a right and an up and a down. It is nature, it has dimensionality, it has direction, it has axis, it has volume, and creates space. And if for no other reason than for our conception, for our ability to understand, it may be just this an invention, but nonetheless, it helps us understand where we are standing, or floating, or being here, now, you see, is a reference point. It's a point of understanding, of communication, of conversation, just like our physicality, feeling our warmth, our skin, feeling our pulse, rekindling our breath with awareness, breathing in long and slow, pausing when one is satiated, lingering and breathing out slow with thanksgiving for having the oxygen to breathe. And when one is satiated in exhaling carbon dioxide laden air, pausing again, relaxing more further inside. Don't be driving while you do meditation like this. Being here now. We are bundles of miracles, and with all these widening perspectives we've been discussing, we are humbled in our amazement. It is a refined amazement, it's not as if we don't know these things, it's we don't generally think of them. We're thinking of them now. And we're looking far in the distance beyond the red, orangey glow in one's own chest, towards the light of our sun, allowing them to bridge and glow together, for indeed they are one. Being in awe, we are part of this great experience, the sun, the earth, and us in between. Thankful, we have had this opportunity to live, to be aware, to share, to contribute, to grow like a seedling having been planted with love and care, nurtured, flowing with its natural abilities and capabilities, just like mankind, dynamically, as the plant gains in vitality, so it glows with the energy of creation and shines. Let us recognize the shining quality in all being, not just in ourselves, not just in the plants, but in the very air we share and breathe. For the energy we are ultimately talking about is everywhere, rising, shining in our hearts, shining in our souls. The music's going to continue for another minute. Keep shining, practicing one's glow.
