Zaran the Gardener, planting seeds of & nourishing our Soul with mindfulness
Aka, "Our Practice: Sharing" is a Returning to our Senses, Why? Who we are, forgotten, taken for granted, most likely, this describes all of us, then Remembering is important, which will lead us to realize how very much more similar we are than we usually think... Got around fifteen minutes, Let me help plant some seeds in your Soul. Mindfulness results from widening one's perspective in meaningful ways. It is more than just using meditation as a tool, it is how you use it that opens the doors. Usually, fellow practitioners don't talk about this or they cover it scantily as it takes a deep dive of investigating our Selves and gets personal real quick. Depth is how we learn to distinguish our foundation, sure we might stumble or step on some toes, yet, honesty & authenticity is what acts as our springboard to Success. Open mindedness is an important key.
My goal is yours, to improve in a soulful, harmonious manner. Simple experiences can lead to natural, easy ways to greater self awareness and clarity. There is no mystical or religious tone here, just accumulated scientific wisdom. Don't think that your possibilities are limited from the outside, it is more "our selves thinking" that limit whom we are. Change, as in "all of the Universe" constantly shifting, is actually part of our gift as it is always nudging us, jostling us to respond or react, bingo, that is whom we are, whom we are.... now. If you are as tired of failure as I have been, if you want to change your Life in positive ways without mumbo jumbo, if you are disappointed when help starts asking for money, and if you are ready to commit (not to me), but to your Self, to your Practice, then welcome aboard. If not, we are always here.
The cost is still considerable, not in currency, it is in your commitment of time, I don't take it lightly, 15 minutes of formal mediation is a lot, begun best at the beginning of one's day (better to benefit you), we accept all forms of excuses when you can't, but understand, it is "practice" that actually helps one improve. Even if you can make 5 minutes that will do to start. What this means is "you" are beginning to develop "whom you want to be" in your practice sessions. If you are not there or not being attentive, or not committing, then how can you expect to proceed and succeed? Many live and die, never to know what it means to be fully alive, never appreciating the simple gift of life we have been given.

a flowing momentum of Life is what we are
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
ok, so how do we take advantage of these possibilities of change (?)
by be-ing alert to what is going on,
neutrally, more like a witness,
open minded to suggestions
for self improvement,
great start!

Good morning. We could call this the Glad to be alive podcast. And it is indicative because we say to ourselves, Well, that's ridiculous. Everybody's glad to be alive. But how many people think about having the gratitude of feeling this feeling we're talking about? As we're going about our day and things are occurring, then do we remember this when we make every turn? When we begin to forge our way down a new alleyway, a new pathway, a new road, a capillary, a new way to proceed in our moments as they are developing before us, cascading towards us, time is a commodity. And it is precious. The more that one remembers the preciousness of life itself, the more gratitude one feels, the more of a grander sense of humility for the immensity of what there is, where we are, what's going on. DNA, for instance, whom we are, where we have come from, evolution. How long, how old? Where begun? Where to? The James Webb telescope, replacing the Hubble telescope in space, has determined the continuation of more galaxies. Continues, doesn't end, to the range of the capacity for us to have a sense of, a view of, and understanding the galaxies continue. Who knows? Beyond comprehension. And we sit on a node, on a planet, in a solar system, in a galaxy we call the Milky Way. And we are a part of this grand scheme of reality, of creation of our universe. It is here we play, each of us, in an unique way. A personality forged through yes, DNA. Yes, through one's life experiences. Here is the reason for us being together, is to share. There are many ways to proceed upon one's life journey. More aware is certainly a choice one can make. Mindful meditation can be a way as to develop, to learn, to practice being a self-improved self. What is it I need to do? What actions do I need to perform? What way, shape, and form can I seek improvement in myself? This is good. Be this way. To be a witness unto oneself. Can I improve? How can I improve? What am I doing? That I can improve in this way. What am I doing? Or not? If one does not ask, one does not receive. If one does not seek, one does not find. Which is why these phrases have been highlighted for hundreds, if not thousands, of years. Seek and ye shall find. One must look to discover, to be receptive to what is coming. Being receptive is important, crucially. Sometimes it is positive, sometimes negative. Treating them both objectively the same. Yes, be happy for happiness. And for sadness, be understanding and compassionate. And realizing every moment means change. And this is what we each have. This is the possession that we for sure have. This commodity of time is a changing evolutionary position. We are born, we live our lives, our energy then changes again. We die. On and on. Upon this world, earth for three plus billion years. Our evolutionary tree. Each of us. Homo sapiens relatives, but of all life we are a relative of, You think a mosquito? I do. Not that close. More chimpanzee would be close. A mosquito? Yeah. Does a mosquito not breathe? Does it not have a circulatory system as well as a respiratory system, etc.? Legs, arms, wings, eyes, senses? Of course. Being humble before the majesty of what we are aware of, I was speaking about a moment ago, trillions of galaxies. Trillions of galaxies. The abundance of life in this drop or this macrocosm of whatever we are in is infinite. Life is infinite. It is everywhere. Do not beguile oneself with a process wherein one doesn't listen to common sense. Life has been created in a laboratory from just the rough elements like it was on our planet when life began to form. It is a miracle as everything is, and yet it is in this immensity of what is, this sense of increasing complexity which it has become, something unfathomable. That there are most likely trillions of civilizations, of sentient beings all around, everywhere. And we are, yes, upon this world. One being humble, being full of gratitude, being awakened, aware, alert, thriving in one's sense, sensuality of being alive, one's pulse, one's chest rising and subsiding, one's thermal energy processing through one's skin, one's energy of cellular activity, one's omnipresent being, potential, energized, life, life. We are life every moment of time until we're not. We recharge ourselves in the night, and it is this way, and make our way through our days, and this is the oscillation of energy we are participating in in many different macro, micro, cosmic ways, our cycles of sleep, nocturnal. What is going on in our universe to be more aware, to perceive more by being what was the word we were highlighting? Receptivity. You must cock your ear to hear. You must allow your mind to invite unusual ideas into your head and be a witness and look at them for value or dismiss them for what they are. We want positivity. We want integrity and honesty and authenticity, but we want positive energy. There is a great deal of negativity in our world which one needs to displace, dispel, to just understand what one is thinking because of societal influences, interactions. It's everywhere, it's in the papers, it's in the... it's everywhere. Hello? You need to look at this in a sense as a witness to better understand it, for or against, positive or negative. You need to stand and pause and breathe and pulse and shimmer and shake with energy, undulate, and accept that you are a human being, and things are going on everywhere, in and outside of ourselves, and it is a mess, as much as it is a beautiful success, and we can help have more successes in our lives, each of us individually. Picking up something from the floor that is rubbish or litter, we like to use this word, is a start. It is as simple as this. One step at a time, each of us. Looking for meditation, look inside one's own self. It is where one meditates. Sitting comfortably, undisturbed, finding one's breathing pattern, and following it and extending it, deepening it, and simultaneously being aware of one's pulse, one's energized pulsing action by one's arteries and one's veins, feeling the undulations of this, and the heat emanating simultaneously from this, as you transport this heated blood through one's bloodstream. Namaste. In this way as a witness unto one's own being, receptive, accepting, coming to an illumination for one's change. Ah, I see. Let me work with this. Smile. Let me look into this, being curious, knowing that everything in the universe is changing. So you're just guiding yourself. You are a flowing momentum of life, moment by moment, eighty-six thousand four hundred every day. A flowing momentum of life is what we are. Positive, dispelling the negative. I am going to study and concentrate, focusing on positive, result-producing activity, making it this way. Have a great day. The music is continuing for another minute. Making a great day.
