How do people make purchasing decisions? Value must stay above price. People who bought once and don’t buy again is the moment value dips below price that is the point of cancellation. Most mediocre businesses are below that point and have to continually find new customers. They only make 1 sale per customer. Repeat business needs to be exceptional and remarkable. So good that people talk about you. Existing product is not that good.

  1. Hard way. Lower price. You can only go down to 0.
  2. Easy way. Increase perceived value to customers and prospects. Niching down and positioning offer to book out. You can go infinitely high this way.

The goal is to sell dollars at a discount. So that customers and prospective perceive the best possible return on their spend with you per dollar.
