We keep success simple by building from bliss, not guilt, and by choosing a strategy that fits who WE are. I share why copying someone else’s script creates resistance, and how leaning into your zone of genius can make growth feel fun and surprisingly “magical.”

• why I coach with a bliss-based shift instead of obligation
• how “shoulds” and borrowed to-do lists create resistance
• the difference between what looks good on you versus someone else
• a story about my super talented baker client and her zone of genius
• decluttering limiting beliefs so your work feels lighter
• how fun, joy, and alignment can attract better results

Fast Hello And Big Energy

I'm so glad that you're here. You're listening to What the Fuck Did She J Just Say? With your host. That's me, Santa Placeley. I'm all about living our best life and finding our zone of brilliance and then removing the resistance so that we can go all in. I say random crazy gift, which is why I called this podcast the way that I did. And I really hate long, drawn-out intros. So

Bliss-Based Coaching Over Obligation

SPEAKER_00

let's fucking go. One of the things that's very different about me, the way that I coach, is sort of a bliss-based shift. Instead of building a life, a business, uh trying to achieve goals or creating habits around obligation, around guilt, around shoulds, around a to-do list that someone has carefully curated. I want you to create a strategy that lights you up. I don't want you to follow a strategy that your bitchy neighbor Sally uses. That would be the same as me at 54 years old and five foot almost 10, dressing the exact same way as my 21-year-old 5'2 daughter. We are not the same. We have the same cheeky humor, but we do not have the same style. We do not, I should not have her style, let me tell you. No one wants to see this girl wearing a backless shirt. Like

Stop Copying Other People’s Plans

I don't want to see it. No one wants to see that. You know what I mean? And yet it looks stunning on her. Just not on me. And so when I'm coaching women, I really look at where are their gifts, where are their strengths, what do they like to do? What do they love to do? What can they easily do? What brings them bliss? What brings them joy? What is their thing that lights their soul on fire? What looks good on them as opposed to what looks good on me?

The Baker Who Found Her Genius

SPEAKER_00

What lights me up? I have a client who is a baker, and last week at our call, she was talking about these sugar cookies that she does. And I gotta tell you, they are unbelievable. Her artistry just keeps getting better and better and better. Like it's absolutely so incredible to watch her go from where she was in October when we started working together to where she is. I mean, wow. She is so mind-blowingly impressive. She does really amazing things with the idea that she wants them to not only look beautiful, but taste amazing. One of the things that she'd always wanted to do was work with realtors. So, you know, when you when you buy a house and the realtor gives you like a congratulations on your new home gift, she wanted to work with realtors to create sugar cookies for the new homeowner. I mean, what an incredible idea. Well, not only has she started attracting realtors who want to work with her for that specific person to buy some cookies for new homeowners when they take possession of their house, but she has actually started hand drawing on these cookies a picture of the person's house. They are gorgeous. Here's why I'm telling you this story. Not only would I never do that. Okay, not only would I never make sugar cookies and draw hand draw things, I don't even want to make rice crispy treats. I mean, her cookies are, I don't know, a three-day-long process. I don't even want to make rice crispy treats. This is where I draw the line. Her zone of genius is so not my zone of genius, you know? And so

Declutter Limiting Beliefs For Flow

SPEAKER_00

when we can clear out all of the things that people have told us to do, thought we should do, we've stopped listening to the to-do list that every other person gives you as this like this worked for me, so just follow my script. When we stop doing that and we start leaning on the way for us, everything starts to just magically happen. This woman is so in her zone of genius. Her social media posts, I love them. You can feel how much she loves baking. She manifests things like a freaking expert, and her artistry is unmatched. That I'm telling you, that is what happens when you declutter all of the thoughts you had on the way that you think you were supposed to do it. That's what happens. When we think outside the box, when we declutter all of those limiting beliefs, all of the thoughts, all of the habits that were built around obligation, when we forget all of the things that somebody smart told us to do, and we start to find our own bliss-based strategy, it is literally like everything in the world opens up. It starts to feel fun, and that fun attracts miracles. Thank
