Procrastination And Old Trainings

Girl, it's Monday. Welcome back to the podcast. I hope you had such an incredible weekend. I myself mastered the art of procrastination. I had plans to go live every single day on Instagram. I did none of that, actually. Instead, I did a deep dive into all previous trainings and courses and Facebook lives that I've ever done. Why? Why did I do that? I mean, wow. Do you remember there was like, I don't know, it was a podcast that I done probably a few months ago where I was talking about how like when I was in university and I had to study for an exam, I all of a sudden would like get really excited about cleaning my toilet. Like that is the level of procrastination I had this weekend for real. I started going through all of the different courses that I have created from well, since 2020, probably even since before that. Some of them were feng shui, a lot of them were on money manifestation. I created a course called Big Money. It was a really cool course, actually. And it was on how I have been able to manifest like the impossible things, like $25,000 in 24 hours, or how my husband and I were able to move to where we are now when it seemed like there was no possible way that we would be able to sell the homes that we had and move to here. But we did it in like months, very short period of time, from having neither of us having a job and just looking at a sign and going, maybe we should move there, sight unseen. And that course was like so amazing. And I started looking at all these courses that I don't sell on my website anymore. So I thought that I would just get inspired by some of the things that I'd done before previous years in order to go live on Instagram. And as it turned out, I was thinking, wow, this is amazing. All of this stuff is so good. And then I just kept looking deeper and deep, like out, like that's all I fucking did was look at all of the stuff that I'd created. Why Frequency Connects To Sales

In that I talked about the four things that you need to focus on in order to increase your frequency. What you think, what you say, what you see, and who you surround yourself with. Thoughts And The Gratitude Reset

go. First one, what you think? You would be amazed at how negative your thoughts are. And if you're not paying attention to them, I want you to start paying attention to them now. When you get up in the morning, you think to yourself, why am I so sore? Why is my face so puffy? Ugh, I've got nothing to wear. Are we out of coffee? I've got so much I have to do. I don't really want to do it. Like I'm telling you, it is amazing if you pay attention to your thoughts, how many shitty thoughts you have in the first five minutes that you're awake. And that is the way we carry through the rest of our day. If we have negative thoughts and we allow those negative thoughts to take over, we are creating an environment for our brain to look for more negative things. I don't know about you, but I don't need more negative things to be looking for. I want positive things to be looking for. One of the things that has really helped me, I might have said this on the podcast a little while ago, but I had signed up with a coach. She had her masters in counseling psychology. And what she wanted me to do was pay attention to all of my negative thoughts or all of my thoughts. And if any negative ones came up, I she wanted me to immediately stop myself and then say three things that I was grateful for. I kind of felt like, are we in grade five? Fuck, I don't want to do this. But if a coach tells me to do something, I really want to go all in. If I'm paying for someone and I have trusted in them, I am going to listen to what the fuck they say. So I listened to her. You know what happened? I was so annoyed with myself because I recognized how many shitty thoughts I had. I mean, it was all day long every day. And so what would end up happening is I would say a negative thought, or sorry, I'd think a negative thing, and then I'd have to stop and you know look at three things I was grateful for. Well, after a while, you get really annoyed with looking around, trying to figure out what you're grateful for. I just ended up getting pissed off. I was annoyed that I had to do this all the time. And what happened was it stopped me from thinking the negative thought in the first place. It was magic. It was magic. And from that point on, I would like to catch myself in mid-thought, even. I'm not joking. It was so good. The other thing that I started to do as well, when I got like a lot better at it, and I was thinking less negative things, when I would start to say it, like in my mind, I would start to think a negative thought. I would say delete, delete, delete, or I would say stop and just completely stop that fear-based thought or that negative thought in midstream. Stop. It works, I'm telling you. But start with the gratitude. Three things of gratitude. You'll see what I mean. You'll be so fucking annoyed with finding three things you're grateful for, you will stop thinking negative thoughts.

Words Shape What You Create

Anyway, the next one was what you say. So what you think and what you say. When you say something out loud, it is way more powerful. And we don't want to say negative shit out loud. There's a study that was done, I can't remember now, what university was it? Um, was it Boston University? I can't remember. So don't quote me. But the more you say out loud that's negative, the more likely you are to create it. So you want to think no negative thoughts, but you definitely don't want to say negative things out loud.

Feng Shui And Visual Calm

The next one is what we see. And this is feng shui. If you are surrounded in clutter, you're going to feel overwhelmed. That's it. If what you see in your home makes you feel inspired and calm and happy, guess what? That raises your frequency to be more positive and at higher frequency. That frequency will attract sales, that frequency will attract money, that it will attract abundance, it will attract clients. And so we want to increase the frequency of our thoughts, increase the frequency of uh what we say, and increase the frequency of our home. That means we want to love our home. That means we want to care for our home, and we want it to not just be a container for our shit, you know?

Choose People Who Lift You

And the fourth one is who we surround ourselves with. I would often say to my kids, you know, that you are the average of the five people that you hang out with. So stop hanging out with ass hats. Um, I was listening to Drew Barrymore uh the other day. She like had come up on my Facebook profile, just a little reel of her. She surrounds herself or she only hangs out with people who she wants to become. Meaning, she hangs out with people that she feels are better than her in some way. She wants to become them. She wants those people to challenge her to become better. And I love that so much. I love that she looks at the attributes of her friends and she admires certain things about them and she aspires to become them. What an incredible way to surround yourself with people who raise your frequency. The worst thing we could do is hang out with people who drag us down. Hang out with people who we don't admire. If we hang out with people who we feel inspire the hell out of us, and we just feel like we want to be better people that when we're around them, imagine how that increases your frequency. The frequency that you are emitting is what you're attracting, full stop. So if you don't have the life that you want right now, raise your frequency. Those four things.
