She's creating a family brand
Melissa Smith and her husband started "Family Brand", where they teach families how to develop a family culture where every member feels valued and seen. In our episode we discuss how this idea even came to be, and how they realized they could use a similar process to business branding, but for families! We discuss sitting down as a family and discovering what your values are, and what that process might look like. We talk about having a sense of pride in your family and how you can influence your kids in a positive, fun way. Melissa shares some things that bring her own family closer together, and what to do when the kids get older.
