I had my personal account for 10 years, went through the motions of social media, and last year I reached a point where I was ready to say goodbye. I share how complicated they make it to actually delete your account, what I do now to keep social media alive for my podcast platform, and some advice for listeners that might never delete their Instagram! I share the good and the bad, but overall how this experience has helped me connect in different areas of my life better than I could before.
