So if you're ready to rewrite your story and live life that's bold, authentic and unapologetically yours, let's dive in. Hello, welcome back to another episode of she Is Redefined. Thank you for your grace and accepting my emotional episode last week. I'm so grateful for my community who are just like listeners and my ride or dies. You guys mean the world to me, so thank you, because it can be really scary to share vulnerably and expose yourself, and I have been on that journey in 2024, especially the last half of 2024 to just being like how can I just be me? And what has happened on that journey has been me accepting me. Before I look for exception from anyone else, look for validation and acceptance I mean from anyone else. And I'm here to kind of riff on a little bit of this stuff because I used to think that it was a flaw to be emotional or vulnerable or sad in front of people and see it publicly, because I used to hate when people did that firsthand can admit that. And when I've seen other people be emotional on social media, it's like, oh gosh, cut that out, like that's not what this place is for. And I'm like why do I believe that I am human, having human emotions, like having an experience of experiencing something emotional I'm going to share about it, like I am literally going to be me because I feel safe enough to do so. And the beautiful thing of doing this work, it's somatic work, it's healing work, it's inner trauma work, it's all the things. And I say the word trauma loosely, like trauma can be anything, so I'm just using that word. It's kind of like an umbrella term, universal term for just like healing whatever baggage I have. But when you're able to feel safe enough to show up authentically and expose yourself and be transparent and vulnerable, you give other people the permission to do the same thing and that ripple effect literally raises the collective's vibration. It raises the feeling and frequency of the collective, where we move out of the shit victim mindset and we just start being more magnetic by being ourselves. And I just wrapped up our 21-day authentic, unapologetic challenge and that was what the whole thing was about.

Speaker 1:

I have been on this journey to accept who I am to my core. Like everything that I used to beat myself up over, pick myself apart. I have learned to love and just really show up as who I am, because if you don't freaking like me, I'm good because I like me. If you don't think I'm whatever, it's okay. I think I'm whatever when you take your control and your power back and loving who you are and you move into rooms. You enter into rooms and you move through your day of like I don't fucking give a shit about what anybody else thinks, because I feel like I'm on cloud nine. I feel like I'm a million bucks. I feel like I got this. I feel like I leave rooms better than how I walked in. I feel like I'm a gift to this world.

Speaker 1:

People begin to see the same thing. It starts with you. This is called self-image work, and it's something that I work deeply with my clients, where then they are the ones. One of my clients oh my gosh, I love her so much she's always telling the people she works with knock that off. You're a big deal, we're a big deal. Remember that. And I'm just like I love what I do because I am helping people feel better about themselves, because it starts with us.

Speaker 1:

Nothing changes if we don't change right and hurt people, hurt people. So if we are hurt and we're hurting people, obviously there's a problem here. We've got to look within. We've got to start doing some deeper somatic work to release things, let it go and move through life in a different way than we have been. I'm not sure if you heard this before. Disease is dis-ease. That means there's conflict inside. That means something is not in alignment inside. You're holding on to something that happened in the past and I'm here to tell you right now it's just a memory that doesn't even exist. So you continuously playing the loop in your head, in your body. It's trapped somewhere. So when people have a disease God forbid tumor, god forbid anything bad it's because there is something that is not going smoothly with your energy inside your body. And that's usually when we have locked energy from holding on to something, holding on to shame, to guilt, to trauma, and that's why, when you start to look within and you stop using all the external 3D things as an excuse as to why your life is the way you are, you instantly become more powerful.

Speaker 1:

And I love this work because this is the transformational work where, all of a sudden, you're a magnet to everything that you want. You're attracting everything that you want. All of a sudden, money and abundance flows effortlessly to you. All of a sudden, things just somehow work its way out and you can't make sense of it, and I could give you a bazillion examples of how this has happened in my life within the last month, but I don't want to make this about me. I don't want to give examples to where anyone feels like I want that. That's not what I'm about. You know I've left the stupid wins back in the summertime. I don't like that stuff anymore.

Speaker 1:

I want you to tap in and find the work, just like I said in the one episode of like you've got to learn the rules of your game. I don't know the rules of your game. You have to find the rules of your game and you finding the rules of your game is your life's purpose. That's how you're going to get everything that you want, all the desires, the vision board, the wishes, the wants. That's for you to figure out and that's your life purpose. And you can monetize your life purpose by figuring out the transformations you've been through and then you can obviously turn that into a business if you've thought about it. But I usually work with the more established business, the people who are. They figured it out, they've gained some momentum and they want to work like less without having to sacrifice income, like they want to make more money with less work, and we scale, scale, scale and it's a really fun game. But, as I've talked about, that's a portion of it. If I didn't talk about the transformational work that happens inside, I'd be doing everyone a disservice and that's why I think it's a beautiful blend of strategy and energetics and I've always been that way.

Speaker 1:

But it starts with us accepting who we are. What is our self-image? Your self-image is how you view yourself and then it's how other people view you. So what is your self-image today? Is it a story from high school? Is it a story from a year ago? Is it a story from when you were a kid? Maybe it was when you were in your 20s. What's your self-image, what's your story?

Speaker 1:

And then, the best part what gave me a lot of peace in this was knowing that I have to work on my self-image, because I can't convince anyone to see me differently unless I started that myself. And right now, your mom sees you a certain way, your dad sees you a certain way, your sister, your cousin, your teacher, your high school friends, your college friends, your dog Everyone has a different perspective of you. That, right there, should give you an immense amount of peace. Like holy shit, why am I trying so hard to be a certain way when they have a memory of me that I can't undo? I cannot undo that. All I can do is show up differently next time in that situation and with that person or with those people. That's what I can do. And then if they want to change their perspective on me, that's on them. But I don't care, because I've changed it for myself.

Speaker 1:

I've let go, I've learned to surrender to my higher self and I've learned to get into the feels. I want to feel expansive. I want to feel open to all possibilities. I want to feel like a million bucks. I want to feel like I'm the healthiest I've ever been. I want to feel like I'm the luckiest person in every room. I want to feel like I'm in control. Shit's not just happening to me anymore. I want to feel like I always get my way. I want to feel like everything is rigged in my fucking favor. Try me. I believe that to be true, so it has to happen.

Speaker 1:

When you come at life from this approach, you will begin to see that you are creating your reality. You will begin to see that things just fall out of the sky in your favor. No one can make sense of it. But the problem and the work is I would say it's the problem is no one wants to do it. No one wants to do the work to cultivate that feeling. I just want on a little rant is what I call it. Abraham Hicks calls it a rampage. I just went on a little rant of how I want to feel. So I take that into every fucking day of my life, every moment I can.

Speaker 1:

And that took repetition and training, as if I was a fucking Olympic athlete going to the Olympics. I trained it because I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. I was sick and tired of feeling like no one invites me to anything. I don't really have close friends. The only things I can trust on this planet are animals. That's no fucking way to live and I lived most of my life that way.

Speaker 1:

I discovered I had a mother wound and I've got sister wounds, so I decided to fucking heal that, then blame them. What's blaming my mom going to do? What is blaming my sisters going to do? Abso-fucking to do? Absolutely nothing, absolutely nothing. I love them. I love them so much I'm grateful for them. This is part of my purpose in life. This is part of my hurdles that I have to overcome in this life. So I accept them and I look at where I need to go. What do I need to do here? And when you do that, you open yourself up to more wealth, to more abundance, to more happiness, to more joy, to more peace.

Speaker 1:

It literally is the secret sauce, but no one knows your rules, no one knows your game. I could give you my playbook and it will do wonders for you, but you have to take my playbook and implement it and see what works and ditch what doesn't. It's not until you work hand in hand with a professional like me who can help you completely transform and 7 to 10x. Your business and your life Hand to hand, walking together. I know you, I know your things, I know what you're looking for. I know your self-sabotage. I got you covered. It isn't until you work hand in hand with someone to where you're really going to see it. This is why you get into the room with the people who are walked it and who are going places. You don't buy courses, you don't I feel like I have to say a PSA about that and I have courses, but the real transformational work happens when you have close proximity and that's where the magic is.

Speaker 1:

So, as you wrap this up and we head into the new year, which is so fucking exciting, what's your word of the year? What's the feeling of the year? What are those? Paste it all over yourself like your house. Sure, get a tattoo of it if you want. I'm kidding Screensavers like, get that shit dialed in, get very familiar with it and then rock and roll with that all year round. Do it, follow the instincts of where you feel called, follow your joy.

Speaker 1:

Do less in 2025. Fucking, get rid of all your notebooks, unless you're going to journal, but like these to-do lists that are endless, that leave you nowhere and making yourself feel so stressed out, ditch them. And if you want exactly how to ground yourself and to have more control over your entire life and business related, that's what the Miracle Zone is all about. That is one course that you don't need to have your handheld in it, although you can upgrade to be VIP, up to you. But every single person who has taken that program lives have fucking done a 180. It's the absolute most miraculous thing ever.

Speaker 1:

The Miracle Zone is my favorite product ever. You can buy that at any time. I'll link it. It's up to you. If you feel called great, if you don't, great. I'm just so happy you're here and I believe in you.

Speaker 1:

I don't know if anybody's told you that I think you did an awesome job this year 2024. There was ups, there was downs, but let's recap the ups. Let's take that ups momentum into the new year and remember you're a big fucking deal and I'm so proud of you and I'm cheering for you. I'm always cheering for you and you need to now cheer for yourself. You need to now find that love, improve that self-image, accept yourself and fuck everyone else because it doesn't matter. When you accept yourself, you start seeing yourself in a different way. Everyone else has to, because they have to. It's a universal law, and life gets so much better. It gets so much better when you start doing that.

Speaker 1:

I have so many exciting things coming in the new year. I've got these amazing guests coming on. I want to talk about all the subjects. It's just been a whirlwind of an end of the year, so stick with me. I'm loving this new direction. I'm so grateful for where my business is, where my life is. I just gratitude. I just can't get enough of it. I'm so grateful for you and I hope you have the most amazing new year and I will catch you in 2025. And I love you dearly. Bye.
